Located just outside of Canmore about 10 mins in Deadman Flats was a pro and a con. The condo itself was very nice, beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen was fairly well stocked all through we would have appreciated another set of dishes (there was 4 place settings) just so dishes weren’t necessary every time we ate. The booking and check in process was a bit tedious. You are required to fill out forms with super hog which is fine but then the host required a form for check in with all the same information. I also didn’t receive the check in access codes etc until I asked. In previous places I’ve stayed it was automatically sent to me 24hrs before check in. Overall a great place to stay to explore the area but just a bit of a hassle with booking and checking in

Slightly disappointing
Well, we have stayed at this location, just a different room. We had high hopes and unfortunately, things could have been better. To get into the pool and workout area, you need to enter a code. I communicated with the host that the code we had for the garage and room access did not work, and asked if they could help. They made sure I entered the code provided, then told me to use the “fob” that we were never given and then suggested that possibly there may be a sign saying it’s closed due to weather. When I informed them that I had entered the code correctly, that I did not have a fob and that there was no sign, I was told they would contact the building manager and get back to me. Unfortunately, this never happened, and they never solved this issue. Having access to the pool and gym was a huge reason we chose this location. The carpet in the living area is almost like a shag rug, and unfortunately, not the best rug to have with a constant flow of guests. There was lots of crumbs and hair in the carpet. Also, when stripping the bed as requested, we noticed that there was what appeared to be a blood stain on the mattress cover in the master suite. Although it was likely washed, I felt as though something shouldn’t be used that has a significant stain. The location is lovely, and we had a great experience at our last stay that was a different room and owner. We were very disappointed.
