The Peninsula is a condominium complex located right on the beach overlooking Banderas Bay. The property has many amenities, infinity pool, wading pool, theater, beautiful very spacious lobby, elevators, business center, 24-hr security and parking. The complex is surrounded by reflection pools giving the illusion of being on its own island.

The condo has amazing ocean views, 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms, tastefully decorated, fully equipped kitchen.

The complex is centrally located, 20 minutes from the airport, a short walking distance to Peninsula Shopping Plaza and La Isla Mall, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and convenience stores. the Boardwalk, downtown and the Romantic Zone are within a short cab drive. The condo is also conveniently located close to the Marina District offering many restaurants, shops and outdoor markets
Uber service is also available.

There are several golf championship courses in the nearby area and endless activities and excursions for all ages.

Optional services include airport transfers, housekeeping service, cook/chef, nanny, masseuse, tour guide-driver.
