Welcome to Avon Center Lodge, a centrally located gem in the heart of Avon. This beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with all of Avon’s attractions just a short walk away. For those looking to explore further, hop on the nearby bus to reach the slopes of Vail or Beaver Creek in minutes.

As you step inside, you're greeted by an abundance of natural light that fills the open living space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for family and friends. Just off the living room, a spacious patio awaits, offering stunning views of the town—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down after a day of adventure.

Down the hallway, you'll find the guest bedroom, featuring two cozy queen beds and its own en suite bathroom with a shower-tub combo. Further along is the primary suite, which boasts a comfortable king mattress and an updated en suite with a walk-in shower, providing a private and luxurious retreat. There is also a stacked washer/dryer for added convenience.

Additional perks:
There are 3 restaurants in the building, as well as a liquor store and ski and bike rental store.
*Walking distance to the gondola at the Westin.
*Walking distance to the rec center, library and lake.

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. Firewood is not included.

Spacious and great location

We were impressed by how roomy and well appointed this unit was! Plenty of warm blankets, towels, and storage space for ski and outdoor gear, and enough kitchen supplies to cook. We loved how close it was to the ski lifts and free bus stop which served multiple routes.

Good location

Not a bad walk to riverfront gondola. Lots of space, well equipped but could do with ski storage, Check in is very confusing, requires lousy app and lots of patience when you arrive late

Central and comfortable

Spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you might need for a getaway. Easy walk to the gondola ti get to the slopes. Bus service to Beaver Creek Village also very close by. Ski rental shop in the building. This spot is a winner.

Spacious and great location

Great space just 2 min walk to the ski shuttle stop to Vail or Beaver Creek. Wear your gear and you are on the mountain in 10m. Good options within short walk for food and gear rental/shopping. Space is roomy with a nice living area, racks for ski gear, and W/D. Great kitchen and dining space, but cookware and cutlery could stand to be replaced. Overall, great pick for location and value.

Great Stay!

Centrally located and close to everything! About 2 blocks to the gondola to ride up to the mountain. Go downstairs and you have several dining options as well as a liquor store. Everything is a short drive or walk away if you need anything. Grocery store is 3 mins away if that. Great value for such a great location. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Excellent!

The place was so beautiful and cozy, which was amazing but the best part for me was that it was less than a 5-minute walk to the ski lift! Crucial for an avid skier like myself! The host was also very responsive leading up to our stay and thankfully there were -0- issues or concerns during our stay so we need to ask for help. The host even asked how we were enjoying our stay which was very nice and made me felt taken care of. Definitely going to stay here again next time I am in the west! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Trips!

We've actually stayed at the Lodge twice, once over a holiday weekend with extended family and another for an amazing birthday celebration! Our hosts were so thoughtful - the apartments had everything we needed and things we didn't even think about too! The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable, if it weren't for all the activities right outside our doorstep, we would've stayed snuggled in bed all day! What else can I say? The parking was super convenient! The condo is right next to the Westin and the gondola right up to the mountain, and steps away from the hiking trail and summer outdoor concert venue. Pickleball, tennis, swimming in the summer. Skiing, hiking and snowshoeing in the winter. And a large outdoor patio that's perfect for enjoying drinks while breathing in the fresh mountain air. We can't wait to stay here again!
