This beautiful property is located in the peaceful area of Kalafatis, walking distance from the beach and can host up to 11 guests with special arrangements. As a part of a complex of autonomous villas, it combines traditional Mykonian architecture with the luxury of modern conveniences.
The ground level hosts the living room, a full equipped open kitchen and the dining area. At the top level there is the master bedroom with its bathroom and its own veranda with view to the sea. The underground level hosts three more bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and the laundry room. All rooms are fully air conditioned.
The well designed outdoor area located in front of the villa displays a large modern pool and a great lounge area around it. Also, there is a built-in BBQ under the elegant wooden pergola where guests can prepare their own meals while enjoying the marvelous sea view.
The villa is ideal for families or for couples and friends that want to enjoy everything Mykonos has to offer while also being able to retreat into a more private setting.

My name is Alexandros and I own 4 beautiful villas in Mykonos Greece. Two of them are at Agios Sostis Area and two of them are at Kalafatis Area. Although I have traveled around the world and explored many beautiful places, I have always dreamed of a place that combines everything a holidaymaker could want. My properties in Mykonos made that dream come true.
Why they chose this property
This villa combines traditional Mykonian architecture with the luxury of modern conveniences. It is located above Kalafatis bay and has view to the Aegean Sea. Furthermore, it is only few minutes away from the famous beaches of the island and from the cosmopolitan and party atmosphere that Mykonos town offers. Finally, I and my partners, personally take care of everything that can make the vacation of our guests unforgettable!
