Communication was great! Although we needed to have the cleaners come back as there was a lot of sand and dirt in the primary bedroom. There was also a t-shirt left behind the mini fridge. The walls are dirty, and there is a hole in the bathroom walk. The towel rack was not useable as it falls off the wall. The kitchen chairs had crumbs under the seat pads. The area was quiet. Although not a clean neighborhood. Some one was moving beds around while we were there so there was furniture outside most of our trip.
