Beautiful apartment in a great location near the Vatican. Very well appointed, very clean, has everything you need for your visit to Rome. Nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Easy walk to the Metro.

Great family stay in Rome at this large apartment! 3 large bedrooms with 3 Baths. Great food and local shops near by. Close (walk)to Vatican City and 20 minute cab to Spanish Steps and Upscale Shop, Francesca was wonderful providing food and driver recommendations as well

This place was amazing! Very clean, well stocked (washer and dryer with detergent) and close to the Vatican, a lot of shops and restaurants, and the subway entrance to travel around. We travelled with 3 couples and the apartment is so well built that there was plenty of privacy for us all. The added bonus was each room was an ensuite. Francesca was very responsive and provided feedback with places to eat and go, etc. The living area was perfect to visit and hang out. The pictures depict perfectly what this place looks like. It has a lift/elevator!!! We would stay here again without a doubt. Thanks Francesca!!!

Beautiful apartment with 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a fourth bathroom. Excellent location across the street from the Trionfale Market, a 5 minute walk to the Vatican Museum, and a 10 minute walk to St Peter’s. There is a great coffee shop just outside this apartment.

Great flat near the Vatican just perfecr

Great location and the host was great. Walking distance to good shops and restaurants and less than a 15 minute walk to the Vatican in Saint Peter Square. Easy to check in.

Family adventure in Rome

Great neighborhood, perfect accommodations for family party of 4 - 3 adults, one teen. Rooms were spacious and all en suite bahrooms much appreciated…plus a bonus full “hall bath”. Check in process super easy and host was very communicative.

The apartment was amazing and wonderfully clean. The amenities were outstanding had everything working and available. Parking is close and reasonable. There was everything you need in walking distance include a grocery store. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time in Rome and highly recommend staying at the Cozy Flat. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom plus an extra full bath with a tub (which our 5 yo loved). The beds were comfortable, the dining and living space was great and the kitchen had everything you need. Having a washer and dryer was helpful and appreciated. Easy walk to Vatican, major sites and restaurants. Great communication with host. The host recommended a guide, Cecilia who was spectacular. Friendly and knowledgeable… ensured to keep both our daughters engaged in the tour. Highly recommend. We will certainly look forward to staying here again next time in Rome. THANK YOU!

This apartment has the best location within walking distance of a market, train station, restaurants and not far from the city center where most of our tours were. Francesca is very responsive and we truly felt as if this was our “home away from home” while in Rome.

Great Residence and Location

This listing was BETTER than described! Plenty of room, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything anyone could need. The location was great, there was a big market across the street, lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood and a 3 minute walk to the Vatican. I would definitely stay here again!

3- day pre cruise

We thoroughly enjoyed the cozy apartment in Rome for 3 days before we went on a cruise. The photos don’t do it justice, it is beautiful! So close to the Vatican entrance and all the cafes and restaurants you could hope for. Loved the balconies. It was very hot in Rome, and the A/C was so awesome . Thanks to the hosts, Francesca and Daniele for the great communication and information!

Perfect place, perfect location

We had a party at seven, and there was plenty of space for all of us. We love the neighborhood. It was too busy, but had everything we needed in walking distance. A close train or bus ride to all of the main attractions. We have no problems, checking in or out. But the host was always available to attend to any of our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

wonderful location--4min walk to metro, Vatican museum, grocery store. 2min walk to gelato. Kitchen stocked with everything. Got drenched in a thunderstorm--apartment even had a small fan to dry my shoes. would definitely stay here again
