Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is quiet and tranquil. With the beautiful pine trees in the wooded section of Lenore. Idaho cannot be beat for its beauty. Just a few minutes from the Dworshak dam, and close to all of the boat ramps for the Clearwater River for all of you fishing enthusiasts. There are wonderful restaurants in Orofino, as there is something for everyone. Lots of fun shops and stores to explore.
What makes this property unique
This property is on Cavendish Hwy nestled in the pine trees that are on the property. There is plenty of parking for boats, UTVs and all of the toys you wish to bring.
