Offering a beautifull panorama on the coconut river, Lakeview villa Homestay is located near the fishing village as well as the eco - tourism area of Seven-D coconut forest and Cua Dai bridge. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool (at case) or just relax in the garden. Lakeview provides a community kitchen, free wifi, parking and more... rooms are fitted with cable TV and air conditioning. Private bathrooms come with shower, free....
The space
My villa is very quiet, is an isolated area around the lake like an oasis, located right at the eco-resort of coconut forest seven famous Hoi An and Unisco recognized as biosphere reserves of Viet Nam and the world, great views, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities.
The restaurant is where you can work, relax, admire the beautiful nature because it is surrounded by lakes and rivers flowing into the sea.
Room with large balcony including table and chairs to relax, work and enjoy the beautiful natural scenery.
The room contains a small desk, a beautiful bathroom with a partition that does not allow splashing water and a rain shower, beside a normal shower. The toilette has its own sink. The dining area and the kitchenette for light cooking are part of the room. We have a very delicious menu, from which you can order your food too.
2 bottles of water, mini bar fridge and daily cleaning service are included in the room rate, (breakfast is 3 usd/pax not included in the room rate).
The pool is there for your use and we offer free bicycles for our guests. Please let us know if you need a crib or a kids seat for the bike.
Guest access
You'll have your own room and full privacy. The breakfast. Lunch and Dinner will be served in our outdoor restaurant. We offer daily room service and a bedtime service for our guests.
Easily accessible, in cycling distance to the old town and the beaches. The beach is about 2km, 4km from town. We arrange your airport pickup. Free and well maintained bikes are provided.
The best way is to arrive from the airport or from Danang city is to use our car service as it is most convenient, safe as well as lowest cost, a 4 seater car is 15 usd . It is the most comfortable for 2 people or 3 people ( lower than Grab and taxi ).

Other things to note
We want you to have a pleasant time. So we have breakfast every day with eggs, jams, butter, breads, fresh fruit juices, fruits, vegetables, fresh milk, yogurt, fried rice with vegetables, fried noodles with vegetables...and Vietnamese specialities, coffee and tea.... . Please let us know if you are on a special diet.
Breakfast is 3usd for one guest not included in the room rate( including food, fruit and drink).
You'll always have our bicycles free to use, please let us know when you need a seat for children, an extra bed or a baby crib - we provide it free of charge until the age of 6.
