The property was very well kept and was exactly what we needed for a group trip to the Grand Canyon. Williams is a great little town and the house is very close to the restaurants and shops. We were extremely satisfied.

Ruth answered any questions in a very timely manner. The home was easy to find, very clean, and a great spot for my family. Definitely recommend if you need a vacation spot near the Grand Canyon.
This was our summer staycation away from the heat in Phoenix. The home was very comfy. There was Everything we needed. Rout66 was literally down the street and so was besrizona. We will definitely stay again
Very clean and spacious. Perfect for small children- especially the bunk bed room. Great location, very close to downtown. Ruth was very attentive and helped us with a smooth check in process. Can’t wait to return!

We appreciate your review and are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Hope to host you again in the future!
Ruth was wonderful to work with. We were supposed to stay four nights. However there was a wind storm and the power went out for most of Williams. We had to leave two nights early. Ruth was very understanding and communication was always prompt and pleasant. The home was beautiful, spotless, has everthing you would need for a great vacation. We will reserve again when we come to Williams.

Thank you, I hope your stay was pleasant even with all the wind. Hope to host you again in the future.
The house is very clean and beautiful, but there is no airconditioning unit. My husband has Asthma and 2 more people has allergy induced asthma so we needed the air conditioned. We opened the windows but not helping and worst when the train passed by around 3 am.
We ended up getting there in the midst of a big April snow storm. The place was warm and comfy. The living room had a nice big couch all of us could fit. Blackout curtains helped at night. Beds were all comfy. A few things that could be fixed was some of us are super sensitive to chemical smells. Whatever they use for cleaning is very strong and was affecting my breathing. And gave headaches to a few of us. The pillows were also very flat. No extra blankets for the cold days and mornings. But everything else was wonderful.
