Exactly as described. Very warm and inviting. My wife enjoyed sitting outside reading her book and listening to the calm waters of the creek. We had no issues.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this VRBO! The property was beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up to make us feel right at home. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was feeding the ducks — a simple yet magical experience that made our evenings extra special. The kids loved it, and it added such a charming touch to the property.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable escape — we can’t wait to come back. :) Thank you, Bethany!

Unfortunately the AC was not working and it was not fixed. The AC repair person replaced the filter but didn’t check for any additional problems. The host went with the AC repair person assessment and ignored my request to have the AC person returned because the AC was not working after he changed the filter.
