*Relax and Unwind. Bring some tubes and put in at the bank. This house is rustic, simple, cozy and is away from the party scene. Come unplug at this affordable house, that is perfect for families or anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of crowded areas. This is in a quiet lakeside community. Enjoy the privacy of a deck, being a short walk down to the lake and a short drive to hiking trails and local attractions.
*There are many nearby attractions. Enjoy the castle ruins, trails and kayak rental at HaHa Tonka State Park (3.5 miles) or bring your own kayaks and kayak from one of the lake access points near the house. Ozarks Amphitheater is 5.5 miles away for those who love going to concerts. If you would like to go swimming, you can enjoy sandy beaches at Public Public Beach 2, in the Grand Glaize area of the Lake of the Ozarks State Park off Highway 54 west of the Grand Glaize bridge. (14.5 miles). For the golf fanatics, one of America's spectacular golf courses, The Old Kinderhook course is only two and a half miles away!! * There are three nearby options for taking a boat on the Lake. Two of these are a short drive and have parking and the other one is nearby but does not have parking. Here is the list. 1) Lary R Gale Access is 7 miles away and has a large boat ramp with free truck and trailer parking at the boat ramp. 2.) Linn Creek Boat Ramp is 8.7 miles away and has ample truck and trailer parking for $10 a day and $5 a day if you are just parking a truck. This is my favorite boat ramp and the short drive there is scenic.
There is a drop box to leave the money. 3.) Last but not least, there is a community boat ramp that is a little over a block from the house. Most people choose the other boat ramps because there is no truck or trailer parking at this ramp, so you will need to drive your truck and trailer back to the house to park your truck and trailer, then walk down to your boat. Also, the docks are private boat slips, owned by the locals so please don't park your boat at these. It will need to be taken out as you leave the lake.

*Enjoy privacy and quietness on the deck or around the firepit but be mindful and check to make sure that a burn ban is not in effect. Bring your kayak and get into the lake on the Big Niangua arm or bring a motorized boat and head onto the lake of the Ozarks through one of the previously mentioned boat ramp areas. After a day of fun, relax on the deck or venture out for more fun! Never a dull moment! You can chose to fish off the grassy bank, which is approximately one block from the house. There is a picninc table at this area if you wish to sit and admire the lake view. Also, you can venture out to close popular attractions!
