This studio features one bathroom and an open space that includes the bed, dining area, living space, and kitchen. The bed area is sectioned off with two curtains for privacy. Additionally, we provide a queen-size sofa bed, accommodating two extra guests.

This is a luxury apartment within a gated community with enforced security codes. It is very secure, and all vehicles must be registered.

I had an emergency change in my clinical rotation site 72 hours after booking and was only refunded 50% of the full amount paid and no options for a full refund. I booked on a Friday and sent email to cancel on a Monday- even though I booked in less than 30 days of stay- no grace period allowed and was not empathetic to situation.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I understand that unexpected changes to a clinical rotation can be stressful. However, the cancellation policy was clearly displayed at the time of booking and was agreed to before the reservation was confirmed. The refund you received was issued according to that policy. These terms apply to every guest equally and are in place to keep the process fair and consistent for everyone. Booking within 30 days of arrival does not create a separate grace period or override the cancellation policy that was accepted during checkout. As hosts, we are expected to honor the terms of the reservation exactly as they were presented at the time of booking, and guests are also responsible for reviewing those terms before confirming. While I do understand that emergencies and schedule changes happen, it would be unfair to disregard the agreed cancellation policy after the booking was made. The policy was not hidden or changed afterward. It was part of the reservation terms from the beginning. I truly wish you the best with your clinical rotation and future plans.
