The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a queen sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, a ceiling fan, ensuite half-bathroom and direct access to the private deck.

The half bathroom is situated on the first floor inside the room with the sleeper sofa, easily accessible from the main living area.

✦ There is a steep drop-off directly behind the back deck — parent supervision is strongly recommended.

✦ The staircase leading down to the game room is also quite steep and may not be suitable for small children.

✦ The home is located next to a busy road, and noise can carry between floors. While most guests aren’t bothered by it, light sleepers or those sensitive to noise may want to take this into consideration.

• No cats or other animals permitted
• $100 per dog, per stay (must be added before check-in)
• Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved
• Dogs may not be left unattended unless crated

• Guests must clean up all dog waste
• Pets must be disclosed at booking - undisclosed pets incur additional fees
