Why they chose this property
I have been coming to Bandera to enjoy the music scene and big weekends for at least 20 years. I was always so disappointed on the availability, quality and location of places to stay. That prompted my to buy my own run down, dirty and disgusting house and transform it! Total remodel, taking it down to studs, put it adequate support beams and insulation in the attic and walls. People in town were amazed at the transformation. I kept in mind what I wanted all those years and now I can share it with you!
What makes this property unique
This house was built in 1942. It has gone through a tremendous transformation. Location is great, walking distance of several restaurants, bars and shopping
