Therefore, we need to verify IDs ourselves through the Airbnb app after booking is confirmed.
There will be a mandatory Jacuzzi waiver that needs to be signed prior to receiving any access codes. If you do not agree to sign the waiver, the reservation will need to be canceled with our cancellation policy enforced. NO EXCEPTIONS

Grass is cut weekly - yard guy will access the backyard of home in the mornings.
