Our home receives regular professional pest and maintenance care to keep things comfy and welcoming. To help keep uninvited critters on vacation elsewhere, we kindly ask that doors and windows stay closed. In our sunshine state tropical surroundings, you may still spot the occasional tiny visitor indoors or out — a cheerful reminder that you’re enjoying Florida’s vibrant natural tropical beauty (and that nature likes to say hello, too!).

Our pool is lovingly maintained with twice-weekly professional cleanings and inspections, keeping it clear, clean, and ready for a splash anytime. Because it’s open to the fresh air and surrounded by Florida greenery, an adventurous leaf or two may occasionally drop in for a swim — just part of the easygoing island vibe! A skimmer net is provided so you can quickly restore that postcard-perfect sparkle whenever you wish.

Please note that refunds aren’t offered for the occasional leaf or minor pest sighting — just part of Florida’s natural charm.
