This is a great house with a huge screen room over looking Lake Murray. It is very quite sitting on the deck enjoying the views. There is a large deck, dock, boat ramp, and shaded lawn. Canoe and kayak is included in the rate. The house was built in 2010 and includes hardwood flooring, washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas grill, and water cooler. There is one king, one queen, and two twin beds in three bedrooms.

The main attraction is that it is lake front on beautiful Lake Murray; however, many guest also stay while in town for weddings at the Southwind Acres, The Cotton Press, the Ole Oak Barn, and Southern Oaks.

Spring Break fishing trip

Perfect spot if looking for a place to stay while fishing lake murray. Boat ramp onsite is very convenient and not to far if you prefer to trailer to lower end of lake. Have stayed twice now and will definitely stay again.

This location was perfect because it had an on site, shared boat ramp. We were able to leave our boat docked at the house and not have to worry about taking it out every night. The owner was very communicative.

We love this house! We have stayed here before and plan to again asap! It is clean and we love the huge screened-in porch. We put our boat in on their ramp right by the house. Also, the grandkids came for the 4th and loved the dock to swim and fish.

I picked this house as it was only 1 hour and 17 minutes from Augusta, Ga, since we were going to the Masters! Very nice home, well equipped kitchen, a great screened in porch. We spent all our time on the porch while we were there. I would recommend staying here, and would stay here again if ever in the area.

Lovely gem on Lake Murray

Quiet and peaceful location, great view of the lake. House was clean, well laid out and very comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the large screened porch, the hammock and the canoe. Water was fine for swimming, tried fishing, fun but not much luck this time. We would highly recommend this home.

Family lake trip

The house has a perfect location. Play set for kids out in the yard, a large swing overlooking the lake and of course the perfect dock to fish from. My only complaint is they could use new mattresses.

If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation, this property is for you. It’s right on the lake in a quiet cove. We enjoyed the kayak, paddleboard and canoe that are provided. The large screen porch overlooking the lake is awesome! If you have kids, they will enjoy playing in the large backyard. We plan to come back again!!

This property had a wonderful view of the lake. Despite the cool weather we enjoyed taking the canoe out, and we had the lake to ourselves. It's the place to go if you want to get away and disconnect. Loved the screened in porch. House was clean and well equipped. Would love to stay again in warmer weather.

Peaceful Retreat

Our family had a wonderful trip! The home has absolutely everything you could need. It is tastefully decorated...you step in to this home and immediately feel peaceful and relaxed. Favorite thing was the HUGE porch overlooking the lake. Swimming was great, even though the lake had been drained a bit in anticipation of hurricane Florence. Owners were wonderful to work with.
