This 13 bedroom custom designed property nestled on a private hill on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic was specifically designed with one goal in mind - to create the ultimate luxury vacation space for group events and retreats . From a full private spa to a well equipped gym, this property is bursting with top-of-the-line amenities aimed giving our guests an experience nothing short of complete upscale paradise.

THE PROPERTY:
When your group books Casa La Mulata, you have the property to yourself. Your private resort. Your paradise. Your people.

BEDROOMS:
A total of 13 bedrooms and 15 .5 bathrooms. All bedrooms and indoor common spaces are equipped with air conditioning . There is a powder room and two outdoor showers. Daily housekeeping is included, bedrooms and all — our team services the entire villa each day at a time coordinated with you. Electricity is included as well.

Our property's maximum capacity is 28 guests. We may, on occasion, allow for additional guests such as children.

MAIN HOUSE:
Casa La Mulata is a majestic space. The views from this house are truly spectacular. You can take in the beautiful ocean views from wherever you are. The mountain views are almost as breathtaking as the ocean views. No expense was spared in decorating and furnishing this gorgeous space with high end designer touches throughout the property. There are 7 bedrooms in the main house.

THE SUITES: Located in a separate building this space have 6 luxury ensuite bedrooms, a full gym, steam room, a full spa, an amazing hangout area with a massive TV, pool table and a separate kitchen and dining area.


OUTDOOR CHILL SPACES:
These spaces are at the heart of the property and are open 24 hours a day for use. We have two fully equipped outdoor bars

POOL/HOT TUB:
Casa La Mulata boasts a majestic infinity pool with ocean views and a hot tub. Both available for use 24/7.

THE BARS:
Imagine your group gathered around a fully equipped bar — drinks in hand, music going, not a care in the world. We make that easy.
Add our all-you-can-drink package for any or all days of your stay and a dedicated bartender takes care of everything — unlimited drinks, water, and ice included for those days. Prefer to stock your own spirits and set your own pace? The bar setup is yours to use. A bartender can also be added as a standalone service.

THE KITCHENS:
There are two fully equipped kitchens with everything you need. You can opt to prepare your own meals or take advantage of our chefs who will craft delicious meals for you.

SECURITY/ ELECTRICITY: There is 24/7 security and a backup generator that powers the entire facility including the ACs if needed.
