Spacious two-level apartment with all essentials, located in a vibrant neighborhood near Montreal city center. Features include free on-site parking and a large backyard with a BBQ. Perfect for groups of family and friends, with or without pets.

CasaKaïa is one of two of our apartments in this building. If your group is larger than this apartment can accommodate, feel free to inquire about booking the second apartment as well. We can offer both units to host your entire group comfortably.

Our apartment offers 3 main sleeping arrangements, comfortably fitting 4-6 guests. We’re happy to provide extra sleeping options for larger groups, accommodating up to 16 people.

We’re dedicated to making the apartment feel like home. It’s newly renovated, fully equipped, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

CasaKaïa is located in our favourite part of Montreal—a safe, vibrant area with a cool local vibe and a hint of hipster flair, perfect for experiencing the city like a local. It’s a place where Montrealers like to hang out, so you’ll get a real feel for the city here. Very close to downtown Montreal.

Wonderful neighborhood, we were in town for the F1 Grand Prix and it was great to get stay somewhere peaceful that was a quick trip on the metro away from all the action. We did find the house a bit warm and stuffy on hotter days but the electric fans provided helped. Lots of great restaurants super close by!
