Nightmare & Scam

This is the first and last time I have booked a property with you guys. The pictures and address for the property list don't match the apartment. I never got any information from the Host on how to check or check out. I was in Buenos Aires, and when I communicated with the host, Gonzalo, he took 2 hours to respond and gave me another poc ( point of contact ) to call so that person, Gonzalo, too, could give me the guidelines to check in. Also, they asked me for $40,000 in advance as a deposit ( never listed in the VRBO request); the address listed and pictures of the apartment are different, no dinner table at all :(. It wasn't as clean as I expected; one of the toilets wasn't working correctly, it didn't flush, and the fridge had mold in the door and smelled very bad. Towels, OMG, smell terrible. It was an awful experience; I do not recommend this property.
