This CHARMING house is a cool retreat for guests walking distance to Notre Dame, St Mary's and downtown South Bend. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus two living areas (large flat screen tvs and pool table) completely stocked modern kitchen. This excellent property offers a welcoming stay with off street parking. Gorgeous backyard to enjoy hosting guests while staying. Enjoy all that South Bend has to offer when you stay at our place. We have a local property manager who insures the home is kept super clean and in fabulous shape.

Easy walk to stadium and so cute

The house was very clean, comfortable and amazing! They had everything we would ever need. Easy walk to campus and very pretty too. Certainly staying here again!!!

Stayed here for a Notre Dame football game and what a great location!The owner was incredibly friendly and very quick to get back to me when I had a question! Could not have asked for better interactions.The house is cozy and a good place to call home if you're in town for a weekend. TV's are in the living room and in the bedrooms. We were able to stream what we wanted to watch through the apps on the TV's.Plenty of dishware and utensils for when we ate at the house. Bedrooms were spacious, especially the top floor bedroom. It had it's own bathroom and shower. Plus, a minifridge for water, etc. so you didn't have to keep going downstairs.Less than a mile from campus, only 10 mins to downtown South Bend and to other parts with shopping and restaurants.This was a gem of a place to stay! Thank you!
