GOT SOME AVAILABILITY FOR OCTOBER WEEKENDS AS WELL. OGT IS BEAUTIFUL IN THE FALL. ALSO 2027 SEASON IS NOW OPEN, BOOK NOW, WE FILL UP FAST.

Come to Vacationland and enjoy a quite corner of Ogunquit at the Coole Breeze. This lovely home overlooks a beautiful, wild flower filled meadow. Sit on the patio or relax in the hammock and just let the breeze carry your worries away. It's just steps from mouth of Perkins Cove and just down end of the private way is the trolley stop that takes you to the downtown area, the main beach and nearby York. Walk down the private country road to the Marginal Way, the path that runs more than a mile along our rocky coastline with Perkins Cove on one end, the baby beach in the middle and Ogunquit Village on the other. Perkins Cove features all of the shops, fine restaurants, fishing boats and entertainment and are within walking distance. This is a great property for family vacation on private way just off the beaten path of the heartbeat of Ogunquit.

There are some very good golf courses (mini and regular) in the towns of York and Kennebunkport. The Town of York runs one trolley to Ogunquit and stops at the end or the road and can take you to York beach has the York's Animal kingdom and Amusement park.

For your Dining delights try Cove Cafe. Walk to the best breakfast in town . Try Barnacle Billy's for a traditional causal Maine Lobster Dinner and then take the kids down to the Candy Store. Or For a more formal evening try MC Perkins Cove with your S.O. ask for upstairs for the best view. Finally hit a night cap at the bar at That Place in Ogunquit and tell Rick we sent you.

We are on a private way, if you have a larger party of multiple families, there are other houses on cluster around the field also for rent. We have a loose affiliation, so feel free to inquire about that as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rubensteins. The house is very convenient to the main attractions of Ogunquit and the Rubensteins are fabulous hosts that make you feel so welcomed and help make sure you have what you need. We would definitely stay here again!

This was by far the BEST VRBO we have ever stayed at! Everything, and I mean everything, was perfect. We had a wonderful stay. Our hosts were very helpful and easy to reach. With 6 adults and 1 toddler we had plenty of living room to relax together and a large dinner table for meals. The location is terrific, off the main roads and surrounded by greenery but close to everything. The walk to Perkins Cove was very close (5 min). We also walked to Ogunquit beach (20 min) and enjoyed the sights and shops along the way. It was a great week!

Coole Breeze was an amazing stay in Perkins Cove! Close to everything while offering privacy as well! The grill and fire pit were an added bonus that we really enjoyed! Looking forward to going back next year!

This was a great house for our two families. Room for the kids to play outside, close to the marginal way, and Perkins Cove. Very clean with a great kitchen. The host responded in a timely manner with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

A vintage property set back on a peaceful lane. We traveled to Maine for a family reunion and needed a home to fit ourselves and our adult children. There was plenty of space for all and cozy little nooks to get away from the chatter if needed! The beautiful new kitchen was perfect for creating all of our "kids" favorite meals. My sisters rented other homes in the area and were envious of our well equipped cucina. We awoke each morning to ukulele tunes on our serene front porch, walked all over town never needing our car and hosted smores-making at the firepit in the evenings. We toasted this celebration with a sparkling bottle of prosecco compliments of Andrew. Thank you for sharing your home with our family!

The house has an excellent location. Ten minute walk to Perkins Cove, 5 minutes to trolley stop, and just a short drive to route 1.The house was a little musty with cob webs when we arrived. I don't think there were renters the week prior to our arrival; simple to open windows and sweep away the webs.The house is very cozy...well equipped kitchen and ample blankets and pillows to cover all weather situations. The foam mattresses were very comfortable. My only minor complaint would be the sheets; it was trial and error to separate the twin and queen sheets in the laundry bin (labels worn off). My favorite perk to this house was the screened porch...several rockers and other seats to hangout and catch the breezes.Our host was very quick to respond to my question on trash pickup. Warning for renters, the raccoons had such fun munching on the trash contents, but they were pretty neat eaters, all things considered.I would highly recommend this property for travelers to coastal Maine.

Andrew R is a wonderful host. He responds quickly & is willing to do anything to improve your stayHis vacation rental home: Coole Breeze is A. I went with a few friends & we all found this home cozy , clean& comfortable. The living room is spacious with lovely couches, the dining room table was perfect for us to play cards& games& the kitchen well appointed. We all slept well in the very comfortable mattresses . We had a wonderful stay at this property. Owner was super communicative and easy to get in touch with. The location was great-we were able to walk to town and perkins cove, yet the house was tucked away-very private. We loved the fire pit,outdoor shower, and especially the screened in porch. If I had to find any fault with the property, is that the mattresses could use an upgrade, but otherwise highly recommend!

Great house, stocked with everything you need, it is very clean, linens provided is alway appreciated by me! Location is excellent, Perkins Cove and Main St within walking distance. The house has plenty of room for everyone. We spent a lot of time on the front porch having coffee in the morning! Owner is very responsive!Would definitely stay again.

Another great stay!

Our family group of six, aged 20-70 had a great time at this home! A cozy place to stay in the middle of everything Ogunquit has to offer. A true “cottage” at the beach. Very easy to communicate with owner.

Overall the house was good. It’s an older house, and that is evident in certain ways. But important elements of the house were very nice.

I am a bit troubeld that you rented an antinque beach house and then complained it was an antique beach house (with a new kitchen and a new main bath). I also found it challenging that you did not call back when you were having trouble with the VRBO portal and that you apprarently did not read their processes or my house rules, as it was evident by your communication during the stay as well as the condition you left the house. I wish you the best but think you maybe looking for something else on your next stay in Ogunquit.

Switched out from a resort to this home just off Perkins Cove for our annual family OGT trip and it was a perfect upgrade. Walkable to everything, stones throw from Marginal Way and Perkin’s Cove, ending the day around the fire pit was perfect! So much room to spread out including a beautiful screened in front porch. Books, puzzles and board games a plenty for a quiet night in! Owners were communicative, friendly and helpful (“try the Mimosa flight at Perkin’s Cove Kitchen”!).

Great place

This was a very clean house with a lot of charm. We had 6 adults and 2 kids, and we all had plenty of room. It is located right down the road (a short walk) from Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way cliff walk. We’d stay here again, thanks for the hospitality!

I am a very lucky man, my parents were kind enough to bring me to this special place when I was an infant and I have been coming at least year every since. About 20 years ago or so, i brought my (now) wife up here for the first time and she fell in love with the area. We returned frequently, and one trip during a walk on marginal way, she said "Yes" and we celebrated with dinner in Perkins Cove and a weekend in Ogunquit. Fast forward a few years and we returned to vacation up here and spend some time, our two boys have grown to love the place as well. That's them in the picture above looking over Perkins Cove after visit to the candy store. This continues to be a very special place for us.

Why they chose this property

My family have been coming up to Ogunquit for vacation for half a dozen years and we have always kept our eye out for something to buy. We knew the property was on the market and was interested in taking a look. Once we were finally in a position to buy it, someone else had mad an offer. We were crestfallen, but when we came up to look for alternatives in the area, to our surprise and delight, the deal had fallen through. We felt it was meant to be. We quickly jumped on the opportunity and then took to making our own. We have been slowing improving aspects of the property but have been trying to keep the beach house charm and character the house has. We hope you love it as much as we do.
