Cabin5: Conveniently located on Massachusetts Route 28, we are 1 mile on foot or bicycle from beautiful beaches, fishing, shopping and tons of other recreation. Adventure golf with driving range and an arcade are only a short walk away!

Come enjoy our outdoor heated salt water pool, play volleyball on our beach sand, sit by the bon fire, relax in the hammocks, read a book on your private screened porch, catch fireflies in the moonlight and gaze at the stars. Come enjoy Cape Cod with us in our lovely Cabins, Cottages and Houses. We offer an old fashioned-wholesome vacation for the entire family. A Good pet is welcome. It will be a vacation your family will remember for years to come.

From our family to yours, we invite you to share in all Cape Cod and Yarmouth Country Cabin has to offer. Kids will love our beach sand playground, fire pit, and salt water heated pool. Play bocci ball, Badminton, Volleyball, Ping Pong, go for bike rides, walk our nature paths and soak in the sun at the many beaches nearby. For more information search Yarmouth Country Cabins.

Summary of Cabin5: Parking is on the right side of cabin5 front porch. A small enclosed porch w seating for 3. The studio cabin has a queen bed and a faux leather futon that lays down for a small person. Linens and bedding included. We do not recommend this cabin for more than 2 adults. Best use is 2 adults and a small child (under 70 pounds). The kitchenette has all you should need for your stay. Full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, full-sized sink and counter. There is no oven or dishwasher. If something is not in the kitchenette that you need for a meal, Our advice is that you plan to bring your 5 favorites from your kitchen that you use everyday. A skillet, knife, cutting board, French press, ziplock bags, etc. It is a small bag to bring that simplifies your meal prep. A nice sized bathroom w shower. Please bring your own towels and soaps. If you are flying in, ask maintenance for towels.
An outdoor fenced shower is on cabin5 in addition to the indoor shower.
The patio is your private patio. No charcoal is supplied for charcoal grills. There is a gas grill behind cabin5 that is for all to use. In joy your time and family. Patio with seating with umbrella at the front door of the cabin.

Fun Stuff: Waterpark, many ocean beaches, 2 mini golf sites, best cape cod restaurants, Super Stop and Shop, all within 1 mile!

2023: All COVID restrictions have been lifted. All bedding is provided. Kitchen has all you need to prepare a meal.

The cabins are rented exclusively on VRBO. They are NOT RENTED ON CRAIGSLIST.
Rental agreements made on craigslist or other representatives outside of vrbo are fraudulent and will not be honored at YCC. Beware of Fraud.

The experience was exactly what we were looking for. Location is great - close to everything. The grounds have everything you want and more in what a hotel or even a cottage can give, pool, fire pits, hammocks, volleyball, bocce ball, and more. Hosts were awesome and very communicative.

Wonderful location

Myself, my husband, and our 3.5 year old daughter spent a few days in the cabin. It's a perfect location. Very close to beaches, mini golf, etc. It was nice and snug for the three of us.

Great space!

We are a family of 3- 2 adults and one teen. The space was perfect for us and we appreciated the kitchen space. One thing we would have used had it been available was an outdoor clothes line to dry beach towels and suits but we made do just fine!

Nice Cottage on Route 28

Number 5 is a pretty little cottage on one of the largest lots at Yarmouth Country Cabins. It was a good size for us (two adults and a 13-year-old, who slept on the pull-out loveseat) and you need to know that the main room is the bedroom, with a little galley kitchen and a small bathroom with shower. There is no separate living room or bathtub, but there’s a lovely outdoor shower as well as the one in the bathroom. You have to run the water for a couple of minutes until you get hot water. Nicely appointed kitchen with a full fridge, microwave, gas stove and full sink, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and utensils, pots and pans, but no oven (also, bring your own TP). No charcoal grills that we could find, but there was a gas grill right behind our cabin. Bocce, ping pong, basketball, foosball, etc. available on property. Very calm location, although you will hear the traffic and fire engines/ambulances going down Route 28 all day, but it’s not really bothersome Pool was nice and clean. Walking distance to two big mini-golf areas, one of them has a driving range, arcade, batting cages, go-karts and soccer cages. Walking distance to Stop & Shop grocery, candy store, mini-mart, nice little Route 28 diner, Pancake Man breakfast/lunch place, and other restaurants. Biking distance to beaches (about two miles away). If you drive a car to the beaches you will pay $20-$25 per day to park, but there is a weekly parking pass for $75 which allows parking at four or five different beaches in the Bass River area - buy a pass from the gatekeepers at each beach parking lot. All in all a great location to launch from for many Cape locations and really nice people running YCC!

One step up from a tent. So very small, smelled mildewed and moldy, hot, ac unit looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever. Bathroom shower was tiny. Never again

Another Great Year

Everything with our cabin was great as it usually is. This year, YCC had a woman named Tricia helping out at the place. She was super friendly and really helped us and other families staying at the place several times. The weather wasn’t as great as it usually is but you’ll have that! We will be back next year for our 10th year in a row!
