About this property

The West Wing with Saltwater Pool Adult only No pets

Adult only luxury estate offering the most unique getaway in the area! Located on 1 acre of lush natural landscape, hidden from the road and the neighbors. This is one of kind unique property set up as a resort type. There are 4 rooms total, each is separate with private entrance and bath. The house can be rented as individual rooms or as whole house to enjoy with friends and family. Each room has large internet ready TV with firestick, free wifi, as well as coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, gas grill, 2 outdoor fire pits, and use of large salt water pool. We do provide gas for the gas grill, coin laundry located in the garage. We have firewood available for $7 per bundle.
The West Wing bungalow is only one of 2 rooms that opens up to the pool. The blue room in the green room are in the front of the house.
With each stay you get a few coffee k cups and a gift certificate to Keegan’s and PJ's Oyster Bar!
We are known to be clean freaks. We wash all bed linens, quilts, pillow shams, and blankets between every guest. So you can rest easy, knowing this as most vacation rentals do not!
Sorry but we do not allow children or pets and I no longer make rum cakes.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Pets or children staying or visiting, and only guests listed on reservation are allowed on the property. No Smoking in rooms or in pool area.
Rinse sand from beach chairs and coolers outside Guests staying longer than 2 weeks need to keep room clean, or request cleaning service from Lynne.
Check out is10am we do not offer late check outs. Check in is at 4 pm we usually are ready sooner and Lynne will text you morning of to let you know.

Our stay at the West Wing in April was amazing. The room was exactly as listed, clean and comfortable. Lynn was available for last minute questions. The location was quiet and private. It was a short drive to the beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed having the option to relax locally at the pool. We would definitely return and consider the option of having family rent the adjoining rooms.

Wonder beach vacation

Home was close to beaches and was very clean. Had everything I needed for a long weekend stay. Loved the rum cake. Very nice pool area. I would stay here again.

Had a great stay in the West Wing. Very clean, comfortable bed, had everything I needed. The location is fantastic. You are maybe 3 min to Gulf Blvd., which has all the awesome beaches in the area. The parking is safe and secure. I booked the West Wing as they had room for me to park my small boat. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for everything!

Hi I'm Lynne and my husband is Jeff. We have been married since 1980, and owned this house since 2001.
We are both from upstate NY, he from Syracuse and me from the Rochester area. Florida became our home in 1979, when we came down here to visit his Grandma in Ft Myers.
I have been in the hospitality business for many years and knew that sharing our home with others was something we just had to do. I also bake rum cakes, Island Rum Cakes it's become a local favorite!

What makes this property unique

Our place is located on almost an acre of natural Florida landscaping with plenty of birds, bunnies and turtles. It's close enough to the beach but with all the privacy of being miles away!
