Our son got married in Nashville and this house was a perfect match for our needs. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a great living space on the main level.

Amazing space in the house! Everyone in the house had an amazing time and was well pleased with the amount of space that the house had. Overall great stay, would definitely stay here again.

My stay was amazing! The house looked just like the pictures. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for our weekend stay. I even got a chance to cook use the gas grill. Wes was an amazing host and responded quickly to any of my concerns.

House was in a very convenient location and very roomy! We extended our stay at the last minute and our host accommodated us instantly. While the house is set up for girls and bridal parties it worked for our family. We did bring what we needed for babies and children. There wasn’t much for young ones but is perfect for adult getaways!

Great place for large family

This home was amazing. Fit our family and more. There were 7 of us. Me, my wife, 3 kids under 9 and my parents. Plenty of room and very luxurious. Plus a great back yard for the dog.

I’m giving this property a generous 3 stars. The things that went well:Check in process was simple Property was easy to find, location was good, area was quiet and felt safe. Plenty of parking! Beds were pretty comfortable. The house itself is old, but a great size. The bedrooms are huge - that was a welcome change from a hotel or other rental properties we’ve stayed at! We appreciated the space in the bedrooms, kitchen and living areas so much with our group! The owner was pleasant to work with. Now the things that, if had not been this way, probably wouldn’t gotten a 4-5 star rating. One, as mentioned above, the home is old so needs some TLC. There are gaps in the exterior doors, gaps in the flooring/loose boards, broken stair banisters, loose appliances. As someone who has a high attention to detail, I notice things like this (especially for what we paid). The cleaning was okay - the floors in some areas seemed dirty, there was trash and food items from the previous guests in a couple of places, and some areas where we needed to vacuum right away. Lastly, the thing that was the biggest issue was the pests. Hoping the owner took care of this before the next guests. Almost had us running for a hotel. With a little more attention and upkeep, this place would be one I stay again. I appreciate the owner taking my feedback to make it better for the next person. Overall an okay stay.

There are no words to describe this truly amazing property. Photos do not do it justice. Our group of eight adults were beyond comfortable here. The decor is beautiful. Very spacious. So nice having salt and pepper, cooking spray, dish detergent, toilet paper and paper towels provided. Little extras that go a long way. Thermostat had the entire house comfortable while it was crazy hot outside. We LOVED playing cornhole in the backyard. Easy 15 minute Uber to Broadway. We will definitely be staying here again for all future trips. Hosts are quick to reply to messages. Can't say enough about this beautiful house!!
