Awesome for our purpose. Gorgeous master bedroom. Pool is legitimate. Laundry great. Arcade space in garage was genuine. Big space. Could use an additional restroom, but that didn’t hold us back. All around, was a perfect venue.

Family Vacay Perfection

We had such a blast staying here! The location is great close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the island. The listing is accurate of the home and the owners/managers are very responsive! Thank you for an excellent vacation spot!

Nice place and neighborhood

Not far at all from the beaches, place had tons of space and can relax on the back porch. Took a walk each morning and the neighbors were even welcoming - would stay again!

This was a great stay and close to IMG, where one child attended camp. The house was perfect and allowed the rest of the family to enjoy the week while he was in camp.

Overall, the property is very appealing. I would most definitely come back and if you ever get the chance to book a stay within this residence, I promise you will not regret it. It is very appealing very clean management teams are easy to communicate with although I will say they did give us notification that an air-conditioning tech would be entering the premises while we were there which we did not care for, but in addition to that, there were other service technicians that stopped by and we were unaware that they were stopping by that was the only downside outside of that everything else was great.

Wonderful house

We had a great stay! The house was very clean with comfortable beds and excellent water pressure. The layout of the house was very nice with the master in a separate wing from the other bedrooms. The outdoor space was lovely and peaceful and well-kept. Highly recommend this property!

Great for family

We had a pleasant time at this location. We had some issues with the cable and internet, but the property manager was attentive and fixed the problems that came to them. Close to the beach, area seemed safe and quiet at night time.

We greatly enjoyed our week long stay at Seaside Memories...only regret is we wish we could have stayed longer! The house is beautifully decorated, clean, well-stocked, and beautiful! We went to the local (gorgeous!) beaches every day, then came home and relaxed in the pool or played in the awesome game room. This house is close to shopping, restaurants, and of course coffee shops! We hope to be back in the future!

Enjoyed Trip

House was exactly as it was listed. Very much so enjoyed the trip. The toilet in the master bedroom was not very clean when we arrived, but besides that, it was a fun trip. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood with what seem like nice people all around. Would definitely be interested in coming back in the future.

Kids Had A Blast!

What a wonderful property! I booked it to enjoy the pool and the game room. I needed something to keep everyone occupied and the game room did just that! The beds slept great and the outside patio with the fire pit is where I enjoyed my time at night. I had a minor issue and the owner responded promptly and came out to help with whatever we needed assistance with. I hope to book this property again in the future.

old house, well located

great location of the house, not fare away from shopping, beaches etc. House rather old, inside nicely freshened up! Pool and garden rather loveless, broken deck chairs were replaced by old chairs, no nice plants, etc. Air conditioner of the neighbor makes a huge noise and is just next to the master bedroom and the pool area

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay was not entirely what you had hoped. Outdoor pictures were taken approx. 4 months ago and are an exact representation of available sun loungers, dininig table and chairs, as well as lounge chairs. We checked and all items are in good condition. We also checked on the neighboring home's air condition noise level and found it to very quiet in fact. Please never hesitate to reach out to us during your stay to share any issues or concerns, as they can be be addressed then and most always a solution found.

Great for families

Palma Sola was a lovely property... it was clean and had a fresh feeling when you walk in. It was very airy with many windows allowing natural light to come in. The house is split with master on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. You do need to bring your own shamppo/ conditioner. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and pots/ pans and dishes/ drinkware... but NO spices/oils besides salt and pepper. Also, bring your own foil/ baggies. They do have things for the beach but we did not use. The heated pool is nice but the weather was a bit chilly when we were there. There are areas to sit in the sun around the pool or a shaded area to read. The location of the home was amazing with a very short drive to Anna Maria Island, DeSoto Park (that has an amazing walking path close to the water and the sunsetsand sunrises are pretty amazing from there too). The Robinson Nature Preserve is an amazing place to see wild life and to walk and or run. The traill brings you a diverse terrain of Florida and the glow/ color of sunsets bring an extra blessing.

This location was perfect while we had an athlete attend IMG which was 15 mins away. The house close to several beaches, convenience stores, grocery stores and fast food. Literally has a little bit of everything nearby we even made a mall stop. Water pressure was awesome! Rooms were as described, bedding was perfect for us. Air in house was phenomenal for weather. Our 10 & 8 year old loved the pool as our teens loved the garage. The neighborhood was very quiet with no issues. We got by with the cookware & dishes they provided. The only bad thing I can maybe say is mosquito repellent is a must if hanging out in back near pool. Citronella candle worked for us. The beach chairs and umbrella essentials came in handy for us. This house is overall great stay for older kids or no kids stay rain or shine! We would book again!

Wonderful inland home in a quiet neighborhood. Pictures are as advertised. Pool area is very big compared to other Holmes Beach houses we’ve rented. The game and entertainment area in the garage is terrific! Only advice would be to add a 4th chair. Master bedroom is phenomenal with huge walk in bathroom area. Only couple minute drive to Publix, Target, and Danny’s Pizzeria (terrific food and huge portions!). Be prepared if driving to Holmes or Coquina Beaches during busy season to be in traffic mid morning and after sunset. Took us typically 25-35 minutes to go 8 miles.
