Our 1,600 sq. ft. home is perfect for multi-family use with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 10), 2 bathrooms, a large common space, and an outdoor area, table, and umbrella. Located in a family-friendly neighborhood with plenty of parking only 5-10 minutes from Kyle Field, Texas A&M University, downtown Bryan, Northgate, Easterwood Airport, and more. Great for weekend getaways with easy access to food and dining in both Bryan and College Station because of its central location. Located on a cul-de-sac street mostly of families, this is a nice place to get out of the city while still being close. Big retail store just down the street and a nice park with tennis courts, playground equipment, bbq pits, basketball courts, and running track within a 2-3 minute walk from the front door. Also, just 4.3 miles from the George Bush Presidential Museum.

Howdy! We are Sam and Aubrey and we love to travel, wether it be in the states or abroad. We have lived in Bryan/College Station since 2014 where I work for Texas A&M and Aubrey for Texas CPS. We love the BCS area and all it has to offer for families and people of all ages.

Why they chose this property

We manage the property for my aunt when she is not here in town. It's changed hands a few times but it has always been families and very much loved. The neighborhood is quiet, 5-10 minutes from Texas A&M and downtown Bryan, close to a grocery store, restaurants and there is a small path across the street in between two homes that leads to a small park with picnic areas, a basketball court, playground, grills, and tennis courts.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. You are just outside of College Station traffic and are 10-15 minuets from pretty much anywhere in the BSC.
