This massive 5 bedroom, 3 bath Lake House is your home away from home where family and friends can gather to create lasting memories. Enjoying breathtaking sunrise/sunset views over the lake. Heated pool and spa for year-round relaxation and enjoyment. While inside we have two reverse osmosis systems and HEPA filters in all 4 bedrooms. A game room area with a pool table perfect for entertainment. A dedicated office for those needing to work remotely in a relaxing environment.

This is an awesome ville. We liked every minute we spent there. The hot tub and the pool was well heated. The villa has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We highly recommend this well managed villa.

We had a wonderful stay at this Cape Coral lake house. The home was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the lake views were truly stunning perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great getaway.

Lake house Cape Coral

Best VRBO we have ever stayed at. The most responsive hosts, cleanest, most up to date appliances and technology, comfortable beds and pillows. All the comforts for a family including a heated pool and hottub, pool table, propane grill, utensils and xtras in the pantry in case ya needed something. We expect to return next year. Thank you!

“Dave was a wonderful guest—respectful, funny, and a pleasure to host. He took great care of our home and even let us know about a duck nest with eggs in one of our planters, sending pictures to keep us updated. Dave and Dennis had a good laugh about how expensive eggs are these days and joked about having fresh ones for breakfast! We’d love to host Dave again year after year. Highly recommend!”

Gorgeous home and property. Very clean. Ample seating with a large sectional and indoor and outdoor seating for meals. Large beds that were extremely comfortable. We spent a lot of time relaxing by and in the pool and hot tub. Kitchen appliances high quality, plenty of space to prepare and enjoy meals. Well stocked kitchen with spices, appliances, dishes, and utensils. Extra amenities provided such as shampoo/conditioner, soap, flossers, Q-tips, lotion, plenty of towels, beach towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. Great response from the hosts. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience with this Sandra and her family!! They were incredibly nice and respectful throughout their stay. They kept the house tidy and clean, showing great care for our space. Even our neighbor mentioned how kind and considerate they were. They made the entire process smooth and worry-free. Without a doubt, we would welcome them back anytime.
