Your perfect Las Salinas vacation awaits you if you a looking for a safe and peaceful location. This charming condo features a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities of home. The 2 cozy bedrooms each has a queen bed. You can spend tranquil evenings on your private balcony. The amenities include Wi-Fi, 3 smart TV's, stackable washer/dryer, ceiling fans, linens, towels, pool, gym, on site security and much more! Fall in love with Key West and enjoy the magic it has to offer at our condo in Las Salinas. Our unit is non-smoking and no pets please. We are offering an extra 5% discount for any booking more than 120 days. I will have to adjust the price for this special discount.

We are originally from central Pennsylvania and made a permanent move to Florida in August of 2022. We bought our 1st rental property in Ocean City, Maryland in 2011. Over the years we had purchased 4 more units in Ocean City. In the spring of 2024, we decided to put a couple of our units on the market for sale because we wanted to purchase places closer to where we are now living. In July of 2024, we sold our 1st property in Ocean City and purchased a property on Manasota Key in Florida. In October of 2024, we sold our 2nd property in Ocean City and purchase this property in Key West.
