The Bay Residences, set apart from the rest of the Del Mar condominium community, overlook Herradura Bay from a secluded waterfront vantage point. This spacious 2,200 square foot ground floor corner unit enjoys garden access, and ocean views. Located in the Los Sueños Resort & Marina, the Del Mar/Bay Residence Community enjoys lovely views of the marina, golf course, and Herradura Bay. Famous for the manicured lawns and garden walkways, 3 community swimming pools, and jacuzzis, this gated community is the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure.

The gourmet kitchen opens onto spacious designer living and dining areas, which lead out to a beautiful, covered corner terrace for dining, entertainment, and sunset viewing. Three large bedrooms and two spacious baths complete the unit.

Enjoy all that Los Suenos Resort & Marina has to offer. The par-72, Ted Robinson-designed golf course is situated alongside an exotic rain forest with breathtaking ocean views. As our guest you may also enjoy the Beach Club. The facility features an impressive, free-form swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as shower and change facilities, expansive decks, fountains, swim-up bar and an elevated, white sand beach with shade palapas and a spectacular view of the marina and Herradura Bay. The Los Sueños Marina Village is home to a multitude of restaurants and merchants. And the Sibö Spa is a sensual and vibrant retreat.

We had a lovely stay at this beach apartment. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand, with a beautiful view and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is well-equipped, nicely decorated, and has everything needed for a comfortable getaway.We especially enjoyed mornings on the terrace and evening walks along the beach. Los Sueños is a great community with everything you might need—restaurants, shops, and a peaceful vibe that makes it easy to unwind.A perfect spot to disconnect and enjoy the coast. Would definitely return!

Wait till you see the sunset from the back lanai. The property was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. The resort is absolutely breathtaking. I recommend fishing on the fire fly with Franklin. It’s one of the best boats in the marina in my opinion.. We caught all kinds of fish. The owner was super friendly. They even have a lockable safe for your valuables inside the unit which gave me the security I needed while bringing cash. Don’t forget to go outside towards the beach and eat at cocos restaurant. You will absolutely love their food..

The location of the Apartment is the Best, you get to see the ocean and sunsets that are just amazing. The apartment was super clean, it has everything you need and you just get there and relax and have a great time.

Great week here. Sunset views were outstanding on the patio. Comfortable furniture, and bedrooms were great, especially master room size and view . Back single beds mattresses very firm. All good. Would recommend. Also, the owner and condo manager very responsive and professional.

Gorgeous, peaceful, but close to Jaco's fun

Our trip to Costa Rica had the best of both worlds. This condo and its resort could not be more peaceful and serene, perfect when you need to get away. I love that the gorgeous pool is so close and that this unit in particular has such a huge garden and patio. The ocean is steps away. The condo is modern, beautifully decorated with comfy beds and amazing AC. The kitchen is all updated as are the bathrooms. Nothing I would change. While the resort has many restaurants for every taste, the town of Jaco is bustling and so much fun with kids. Surf lessons, taco bars, local flair when you are ready to leave the resort. The owner can provide the best recommendations for anything you need...she is great. We loved it and will definitely be back...hopefully soon!

Great location in Los Suenos on Herradura Bay.

This Condo is located on Herradura Bay. Great view & gentle sounds of peaceful waves. Inside you will find all you could possibly need in the way of a fully furnished Condo. The isolated Master really is isolated which usually is not the case. Highly recommend this unit for 3 day weekend, weekly or even for a month. You will not be disappointed.

I’m always pessimistic when booking a property in another country based solely by the appearance reflected on the internet. The internet never defines when posted pictures were taken. I was very relieved and impressed with the condition of this property. The condo was extremely clean and furnished with updated furniture, appliances, linen and towels. The TV and wireless internet also worked which I’ve sometimes found to be a struggle in Costa Rica. The only problem was that I didn’t book more days to stay at this piece of paradise.

My family and I fell in love with Los Suenos 7 years ago. We live in NJ, and wanting to get away one winter, we planned a trip to Costa Rica. We've come back every year since. After renting in some of the different communities, we decided to purchase and fell in love with this Bay Residences unit. We love the garden level, and the sights and sounds of the ocean from the patio.

Why they chose this property

Los Suenos is a very special property. We love the fishing, restaurants, activities, the beach club, and of course the beautiful pools. We enjoy golfing and playing tennis in the resort too.
And a visit to the spa is a must! It's also fun to visit the local beach, and enjoy the beachfront restaurants. There is also a full grocery a short golf cart ride away.

What makes this property unique

What's special about Bay Residences is the small community - there are only 30 units total. There is access to 3 pools, a fitness center, and the beach club! We love the beautiful garden and the spectacular views. Just thinking about it makes me want to visit!
