The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave the comforter as the housekeeper will remove the duvet cover to wash it separately from the down comforter.
Please start a load of towels or linens to help with laundry as that is what takes the most time and sometimes we only have a few hours between guest check out & check in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Amazing Fort Bragg getaway

My wife and family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place is immaculate and made for such a cozy week. We enjoyed the grill, the hot tub, and the amazing hikes near the ocean. Thank you so much!

The Sea Ranch home was absolutely amazing. Extremely well stocked kitchen with all the bells and whistles for cooking a delicious home cooked meal. Beds were comfortable and nice pillows. Very clean home and organized. All the games were a hit for my group of a mom’s weekend getaway. The home was located just north of Fort Bragg, very quick easy 5-7 minute drive into town. Hot tub was clean and worked great. We will definitely be going back!

Bright and Inviting Home

This house was perfect for our family. The pictures don't really do it justice, it is much bigger than we were expecting! The house was immaculate, very bright with lots of windows and skylights and it was very well stocked with practically everything we needed. I personally loved that there was a cozy blanket almost everywhere you turned. The game room was so much fun and we also discovered a fun array of board games with a few that were perfect for our five year old to enjoy! We all loved the giant enclosed yard where we could play and explore for hours outside. It also is located close to downtown Fort Bragg but far enough out to feel very private and nestled in nature. Having the fire pit and hot tub was also a huge plus. All in all this was a fantastic rental home and we definitely recommend it!
