This fabulous property features 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, with an optional queen air mattress, perfect for a stay with the whole family. We offer 2 and 1/2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub and hair dryer, guests will feel right at home. The house is equipped with all the amenities for a fun filled stay to include games for all ages, a large outdoor patio with multiple seating areas and ample lighting, a basketball court with pickle a ball net, a large grass area and an upstairs loft with couches and TV. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave all bedding on the beds. Place used towels in the hamper in the laundry room.
Return the garage opener to the kitchen counter. Remove any trash to the outside trash can on the side of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets: Ensure all pets are contained while left alone in the home. Please pick up after your dog(s).
Parties, events or hosting of over 10 non guests only allowed with prior host approval. Unapproved events will be assessed a fine and possible removal
Quite Hours are 10pm - 9am. Please refrain from creating loud noises, to include outside activity (basketball/pickleball play) during quite hours.

Loved it

We loved the house and yard. Pickle ball a favorite for the kids plus it had some puzzles, toys, and games! Everything was there we didn’t need to go out for items and it was beautiful! Will stay here again when we come back in town!

BSU GRAD VISIT

Space is clean, well appointed and ready for fun or relaxation. We enjoyed the outdoor space, games on site and quiet neighborhood. Good sized home plenty large enough for a family. The only tiny hiccup is the distance to Boise proper. But it still ranked a high 5 star for us even with multiple trips back and forth. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely Amazing!

We cant wait to stay here again! The whole process was easy from start to finish. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and always wrote back in a timely manner! They were very accommodating when we asked if we could stay longer! We loved how beautiful the house was and the amenities provided were above and beyond! The fenced yard was great for the dogs and the neighborhoof was friendly! Cant wait to stay again!

Clean and Beautiful

I am very picky about cleanliness, and I felt very comfortable here. Everything was fresh and clean when we arrived, and the house had absolutely everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful and peaceful, and my boys spent many hours playing on the awesome basketball court outside. The area has a park close by if you have a dog. We brought more things than we needed because the house already had everything (shampoo, body wash, detergent etc). Also, the check out instructions were very simple (no stripping beds or doing laundry).I highly recommend booking!
