This fabulous property features 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, with an optional queen air mattress, perfect for a stay with the whole family. We offer 2 and 1/2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub and hair dryer, guests will feel right at home. The house is equipped with all the amenities for a fun filled stay to include games for all ages, a large outdoor patio with multiple seating areas and ample lighting, a basketball court with pickle a ball net, a large grass area and an upstairs loft with couches and TV. Fall in love with Nampa and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave all bedding on the beds. Place used towels in the hamper in the laundry room.
Return the garage opener to the kitchen counter. Remove any trash to the outside trash can on the side of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets: Ensure all pets are contained while left alone in the home. Please pick up after your dog(s).
Parties, events or hosting of over 10 non guests only allowed with prior host approval. Unapproved events will be assessed a fine and possible removal
Quite Hours are 10pm - 9am. Please refrain from creating loud noises, to include outside activity (basketball/pickleball play) during quite hours.
