Pineta, stunning apartment in a farmhouse 10 minutes driving from Perugia centre

The property land spread out over 45 acres of meadows and forest, with a small lake at the bottom of the valley and a salt water swimmingpool measuring 18 x 6 meters surrounded by pine trees. Many paths run all over the land allowing everybody to stroll into the beautiful silence of nature. Apart from the main house, where we live all year round, two separate buildings provide five apartments fully furnished, each one with private entrance, wonderful view and private outdoor area.
Apartment La Pineta is a 40 sq meters ground floor apartment with a large terrace with a wonderful view over the green valley and the surrounding hills. The terrace is equipped with table, seats, umbrella and barbecue.
One enters in the living area with two seat sofa (can be made into a comfortable double bed) and a kitchen corner with dining table. The kitchen has an under-the-counter fridge, 4 pit gas cooker, microwave (no oven) and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bed with two single mattresses. The bathroom has a shower.
