Hanksville is a perfect place to stay for a beautiful part of Utah. Goblin Valley State Park is nearby with so many things to do. The house is very comfortable and quiet.

This was the perfect home base for our family. The 3 bedrooms were great and the layout of the home gave us plenty of room to relax and have our own space if we wanted or get together for games and a movie. Granny's Nook was just what I was looking for. It was quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The check-in was easy, and communication with the Host was excellent from start to finish.The kitchen was well-appointed with all that is needed for meal prep.Myself and a friend specifically chose the area for its proximity to the parks and the area we were interested in visiting for photography.

The home was very comfortable with plenty of beds and extra linens for our group. It made a gret basecamp while we explored from Moab to Capitol Reef for 8 days during spring break!

Lovely home base for exploring Hanksville area

Our family (of 5) had a lovely stay at Granny's nook while we explored Hanksville area. There is so much to do all day, that we appreciated the clean and comfortable home to return to. We made 2 dinners there easily in the kitchen, and also enjoyed watching movies together in the evenings. The owners respond quickly and were very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!

We did not use the washer but it was available to use if needed. It would be very nice not to have to wait at a laundry place when you could do any laundry at the home. We stayed in the month of December so we didn't get a chance to use the AC but the heat worked great and was comfortable. The kitchen area was very nice and open area. Parking was good we where able to park our two trucks with 16 foot trailers parallel with the road between the house and the road with room for a jeep also.

Great place!

The house worked great for us! The unit was clean and communication with the host was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to see the cookware was in like new condition and didn't leave me with a sticky mess. We will be back!
