The full kitchen and living space is cozy, yet designed with an open-layout perfect for entertaining your group. Access + privacy of entire home and laundry access! Sleeps 4 but happy to accommodate extra guests.

Load and start the dishwasher
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put used bedding (from only one bed) in the washer along with a detergent pod and start a quick wash cycle.
Please turn off fireplace, all lights and lamps. Leave front porch lights ON. Log out of all TV accounts.
Feel free to leave the bed unmade and your towels in the bathroom as I have a housekeeper who will take care of them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Reminder: NO smoking or vaping in the house of any kind. If this rule is violated, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200.
To avoid extra fees, please report to me if any items are broken, damaged or stained during your stay.
LATE CHECKOUT POLICY: Check out time is strictly 11am. Any checkouts past this time will incur a late checkout fee of $25 per hour.

I absolutely loved Maddie’s home! It was very cozy and gave such warm, homey vibes. The decor is chic and luxurious, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. I would definitely book again especially once it gets warmer to fully enjoy the beautiful backyard!
