Wonderful Vacation Home

This was a perfect fit for our family. The easy access to the private beach was top on our list. This was a quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood.

Great little cottage community & perfect beach location...

We will be back...this was absolutely perfect for my mother to walk down when she could & for my teens to enjoy the ocean & all that Destin had to offer us. We were extremely happy without the decision to stay with Kathleen at The 4 Seas Cottage in Miramar Beach!

Perfect Sept Stay

Great place to spend some quiet time at the beach with a family or even a few families. Great location a short walk to the beach and very good sized pool. The layout was a bit different than most, with the kitchen and living room on the top floor but ended up loving it. Check in and out was super easy and the house was very clean. Will definitely stay again!

Best location

The location was the best of all we had only the refrigerator failed when we arrived but the next day it worked perfect THANKS A LOT THE HOUSE WAS AMAZING !!!

Great Beach Retreat!

Our family of 10 enjoyed the house, close proximity to the beach plus there are places to eat within walking distance! The chairs & umbrella at the beach were appreciated & helpful. Kathy was great & quick with responses to any questions!

Amazing Trip

My family stayed at the 4 Seas Cottage, and we LOVED it!! We would enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the house was very clean. The owners were very easy and flexible to work with, and made our stay wonderful. We will be back next year!!

Loved this property!

We arrived early hoping to go to the beach but ended up stuck at chick fil a. The property manager was nice enough to let us check in a little early to get out the rain. The walk to the beach was short! House was clean and so convient for our girls trip! Can not wait to stay again!

Annual family vacation

We have been visiting Destin for several years. Have stayed at nice places but with everything this cottage has to offer as well as Kathys communication with any questions or concerns we won’t stay anywhere else. It’s exactly as pictured. See you next year!

Perfect Getaway

Proximity to beach is incredible and the pool and hot tub were awesome. Teenagers went from beach to pool to house, whatever they were in the mood for. House was plenty spacious. Mattresses need replacing and that’s my only complaint.

Ready to go back!

We were in town to celebrate a family member's accomplishments. The first day was warm enough to go to the beach, but the rest of the time we visited attractions in and near the Destin area. Throughout our trip, our best connections happened when we returned to the house. We found absolutely everything we needed there, and we enjoyed every minute of our time. We are ready to return to Florida, and we definitely want to be back to this home!

Perfect Location

Property was located close to private beach entrance. Beach was clean, water was clear, umbrella and seats were provided. Pool was also available. Never crowded. House located in gated area. 10-15 mins from anywhere. Tons of great restaurants and entertainment. House was very clean and Kathy communicated very well and fast. Had a great family vacation and would definitely be back.

Ideal location, condo and beach

We were nine people: 2 grandparents, 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren. The house fit us perfectly, the location, across the street from part of Miramar Beach was ideal. Overall this property was very nice and in a great location. However, the description of the home on the website is not completely accurate. The house was much more than 50 yards from the beach (which was a big deal since we had elderly family traveling with us). Would recommend this house to anyone that was willing to walk a bit to get to the water!

Perfect Stay - Great Location

This cottage is in a great location with a short walk to the beach, which saves a ton of time searching for parking spots. The community pool is nice and surprisingly large with plenty of shaded seating. The beach chair service is a nice addition to the stay as well, for times when your group wants to split up, some going to the beach, some to the pool, etc. The cottage was clean and spacious for my 7 family members. Kitchen had all the utensils needed to enjoy family meals. The owner/mgmt was very attentive and communicative when asked about laundry detergent and brought it over right away! Check-in instructions were straightforward with all access codes given days ahead. My only suggestion, is to include more towels specifically washcloths. Other than that, this was the perfect cottage, perfect location, perfect stay!

Great Vacation

We had a great vacation! The house was wonderful and fit our group beautifully. A very short walk to the beach where you have an umbrella and chair set and it was easy to purchase an extra set for our group. The only issue we had all week was with the grilling situation. I didn’t realize when planning our menu that the grill was a shared community grill. So one night we went to make dinner and the grills were all being used and we had to shuffle our menu around. But other then that, everything went smoothly and we had a blast.
