Host was very responsive and helpful when we had issues with the wifi going out but seemed to be a possible outage with it going in and out. Area seemed a little sketch when outside at dark but really wasn’t bad. Quiet inside and convenient for our one night stay near Fort Benning.

My family and I stayed here at this beautiful home for the weekend when my son graduated basic training at Fort Benning. It accommodated four adults and two children very comfortably. There were a couple minor things that I suggested might make the next person stay a little more comfortable regarding perhaps adding a couple of things for the kitchen, such as potholders and such it may be a hairdryer for the bathroom because the one that was in the bathroom didn’t work. The front door did stick and was extremely hard to open. However, our stay was very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again as well as recommend anyone else to stay in this lovely home. The host was very communicative in a timely fashion.

Great place…when we got there we noticed a couple of minor maintenance things. The handle on the frig is loose and a cabinet door handle was broken; there was a burn on the bedding in the front bedroom . None of those impacted our stay, just wanted you to know. We had a great stay

Our host was absolutely amazing. Took time to talk with us and make sure we were taken care of. He has many properties in the area and I would definitely stay with with him again! He took all my worries away with traveling far from home!

Not as advertised. Clean enough and the host was very very nice. But the details matter. Half of the lights in the house were burned out… Dead bulbs or did not work… I don’t know. Coffee maker, but no coffee. No hangers in the closets. No leather couches, like in the pictures. If you’re bringing a pet, heads up! The fenced backyard is not secure. There is a tree down across one of the fences that opens up the backyard to your pets. I love a quirky old house, but this one is not quite ready for guests.

Wonderful experience. Loved our host, Roonie, who was very accommodating. On entering the home, it smelled and looked so clean. Location was very convenient to Ft. Benning where my son graduated in Turning Green Ceremony. Would recommend this home to family and friends 100%.

Most important is the beds are comfortable. Secondly the shower is good. There was plenty of toilet paper. The owner was friendly at check in. House was in a neighborhood that is building back up. The bedroom with 2 twins is through the bedroom with the queen. There was not a lot of cooking supplies and only one small bowl. The dining room is nice. We could have used some more towels, however we never mentioned any of this to the owner and i do believe he would have made it right. Finally every place that we used was clean however, a deep cleaning on ceiling fans, under couches and couch curtains could be done.

Home Had Rats & Cat/Dog Hair Everywhere.We Entered The Home & Turned On The Heat. A Couple Hours Later Rats Begin To Come Out Of The Floor Vents In The Master Bedroom & Run Inside What Seems To Have Once Been A Fireplace That Is Now Covered. I Had Been Communicating With The Host In Regards To The WiFi Not Working & Once I Asked For A Refund Due To The Rats All Communication Ceased From The Host Whom Also Refuses To Give A Refund & We Were Only In The Home For A Few Hours After Check-In. We Had To Spend More Money To Book A Hotel.

Overall a positive experience. Home has central air and window units. One of the vent covers in the bedroom with the twin beds was missing. Photos show leather couch and loveseat. They were fabric. Master bedroom bed was comfortable. Close to proximity to all entertainment and base. Host was responsive to questions.
