Escape to this luxurious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat in Victor, Idaho. With an open-concept layout, two primary suites, and a cozy living area featuring a gas fireplace, this home is perfect for relaxation. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and the hot tub offers a peaceful view of the pond just behind the house. Ideal for families, this home combines modern amenities with a serene setting for a rejuvenating getaway.

Please remember you are guests in a community that many make their permanent residence. It is important you are respectful and follow the same rules. Please read and abide!

• Please turn all lights off at night, the dark skies are part of the beauty of our valley
• Home is to be rented for vacation purposes only
• 20 MPH on all roads around the house
• NO EVENTS ALLOWED (this includes large parties hosted at home)
• NO PETS ALLOWED
• While we do not have cable, the television is streaming capable. Guests must provide their own logins.
• We provide one body towel and one wash cloth per sleeping space, as well as a hand towel and bath mat per bathroom.
