Enjoyed everything about the property and location.House was very nicely stocked with many extras, which means a lot when you are flying into town. You don't have to go to the store and everything. Six adults for a week and no one had any complaints. Pool was lovely and well maintained. Everything in the house worked well.Owner was quick to respond to any question.Location was great, especially for spring training games.Close to shopping and restaurants. 3 couples week in Sarasota

Property was just as pictured. Everything was very new and well maintained. Plenty of bath and pool towels provided. This was our trip to Sarasota with the same friends but the firt time renting a house with pool. We all agreed that the pool was an excellent decision.

Enjoyable stay

The place had most everything we could want/need and everything was as advertised. Pool was great. However, we missed not having a screened-in lanai because of the mosquitos or whatever biting insects. We also would have liked an outdoor grill. Those were minor issues. Beds were comfortable. We felt safe but some of the surrounding homes in the neighborhood were not kept nearly as well as the unit we were in. Very convenient to most anything - short drive to town, Lido, etc.

The house was very family friendly with kids games, high chair, and utensils for children. The salt water pool was amazing. The street was quiet and we felt safe. Quick drive to the beach and a publix down the street. The host was very responsive and great to deal with!
