The space
This roomy home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The luxurious primary suite boasts a king bed, fireplace, large windows with ample light, walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom featuring dual sinks, jacuzzi tub, steamy shower, and heated travertine tile floors.
Two additional bedrooms have queen beds and en suite full bathrooms, one of which has a walkout patio to the woods. The fourth bedroom has a large two-queen bunk bed. The bunk room walks out to the hot tub.
This property has a beautiful well-stocked kitchen with everything you could want or need. It has plenty of space for big family dinners, along with incredible views of the surrounding mountain peaks. The kitchen has access to the deck to make grilling out easy and fun.
The massive great room has it all: the classic Colorado elk antler chandelier, the mossy stone fireplace, comfy seating, giant picture windows from floor to ceiling, and a large family dinner table. Enjoy the collection of DVDs on the 65" smart TV or just log in to your favorite streaming account. There are also plenty of board games to go around.

There is a laundry room for your use as well.
The house has a 2 car garage (only one car is available to park in). There are typically sleds for your use in the winter, and 2 bikes for playing around in the driveway or down the road.
Relax in the hot tub under the stars after a full day of exploring or hiking.
Guest access
This house is setup for vacation rentals, so you can use anything that isn't locked. If it is locked, that is the owners' personal inventory.
Other things to note
You MUST have 4x4 or AWD October-June due to snowy and icy conditions on the roads. The house is located at nearly 11,000 feet of elevation in the Rockies and weather can change quickly. The driveway is steep and during the winters you WILL need either 4x4 or AWD even when it is plowed.
During the summer the dirt roads can be pretty bumpy, so be aware of that also. All part of the mountain charm!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Loved our family stay at this property. Hiked in the forest, lounged in the hot tub, took in white water rafting. Great location. Beautiful house that is very nicely decorated with great amenities. Would stay there again.
This property is exactly what is described in the VRBO listing and more. The scenery, amenities and communication with the Owner made this a vacationto remember. We are headed home fulfilled. We are just sad we forgot to sign the guestbook. Thank you once again.
Just west of Alma Junction, conveniently located to anything you wish to enjoy. Tucked away in a quiet remote cabin area with amazing views from the back deck. Dylan, the property manager, immediately responded to text on any question we had. The wildlife around the area was a bonus for sure. Recommended for anyone wanting to spend time in the South Park area.
We had a wonderful time enjoying our family in your beautiful home. We felt like we were in a tree house in the pines. We loved that you could see the stars from the master bedroom. Everything was well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The view from the deck was breathtaking!
The cabin, inside and out, was everything we imagined and MORE! It was clean, beautiful, and cozy! It was a great place to play, relax, and disconnect from the rest of the world.
Also, Dylan was AMAZING!!! Before we booked our trip, while we were there, and even after we returned home, he was always accessible and willing to help!
This was our first time at a cabin and this place checked everything we wanted and more off our list. The home was more than accommodating. Very clean with plenty of space. The view was amazing. The steep driveway was a little bonus because we used it for sledding. The kitchen had everything you would need. This home was perfect. Be prepared for the low oxygen levels because of the altitude. If you’re not from the area you will most definitely feel the symptoms.
This cabin was truly amazing. All our family and friends loved the view, the hot tub, the fireplace/pit &the layout of it. Checking in was a breeze &had no issues. We stayed here 4 days & had everything we needed. There was a snow storm that came in but with the fireplaces and heated floors we had no issues rotting away in the cabin lol. We also toon the sleds in the garage out for a spin &had so much fun on the driveway! I do want to point out it is steep and may be an issue for non awd cars in the winter (as 1 of 4 cars got stuck leaving). But we called the owner of the property and he was able to get someone out to plow &pull out our friend, which was awesome! We did have a 1.5 year old and staying on the top floor was tricky with the set of stairs and steps but we used a chair to block the stairs and didnt have any issues with it.
Amazing property, stunning views !
When we first walked through the door, we were in awe. The house is absolutely beautiful! Better than the photos. The view is spectacular. The only thing I have to mention is that the house is located at high elevation (roughly 10,500ft) so beware of elevation sickness if coming from a low elevation place! Also, you might want to swing by a store and pick up stuff such as toilet paper before coming…we had one in each bathroom so we got by for a few days (there was 9 of us). You should also grab a few bundles of wood, as we were surprised to realize there was none at the cabin. The hot tub wasn’t quite ready when we got there, but it was quickly addressed. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this place!
We loved our stay and had a wonderful time. It was just what we needed for our family vacation to unwind and refocus on family time. The house is spacious and the rooms are very nice with plenty of light. The view is nice but limited and the decks are small but sufficient. Everything about the house is wonderful for a mountain get away. The only problem we had was the booster pump for the water went out the day we were arriving which I don't fault anyone at all(life happens). The property manager was very good about keeping up with communication about the problem and the plan to get it fixed. The plumber was called to get there that evening but ran late and so ending up coming the next afternoon which left us without running water for 24hours but didn't dampen our enjoyment for the day but did make using the toilets a little challenging with our many kids but we made wonderful memories in spite of it. The plumber and property manager were great about their communication throughout the whole process and achieving a resolution. The only thing is we were told we would receive a discount for our inconvenience and are still waiting to receive it. Overall though it is a wonderful cabin that I would highly recommend and I would defiantly stay there again!!
Thanks!!
Fabulous space, beautiful mountain views, proximity to Denver. Great for our family including small babies. Dylan was helpful and responsive. We will be back!
Before check in we were told we possibly would have no water due to the well being empty, and needing to drill a new one. We were given option to cancel or take portable water jugs. We had planned 3 days Ice fishing, and no other properties available for our days. So we agreed we would bring our own jugs of water.
Manager let us know the day of check in that 450 gallons were brought up.
We were so excited! As this property looked gorgeous in the pictures!!!
After checking in, and looking around the property, it was filthy after supposedly just being cleaned. Fingerprints all over refrigerator, dried food in fridge, food on handles, greasy fingerprints on cupboards and glass fixtures!!! Trash can had dried stinky food in bottom. Lights above bar area haven’t been dusted for a long long time! Oven was disgusting! Stove wouldn’t light. Master bedroom had thin ripped and shredded sheets on our bed and looked dirty still.
Master bath had a used bar of soap and sponge left in it. Rug in master toilet area was very very dirty and soiled with urine!!!
Outside grill was filthy and so clogged with grease it wouldn’t work!
Lanterns filled with bugs in living room! Cob webs all over house. Toilet downstairs had fecal master inside and stained. Hot tub had fuzz in it.
Floors were filthy, dining table had fingerprints and dried food on it. No cleaners around to sterilize or clean. Drawer in front of kitchen sink smelled and had dried food and dirty sponges in it. I texted manager about this, and sent him the proof with pictures after getting there, and he wouldn’t respond. I was appalled this was so filthy, when Covid-19 is a huge issue, and Dylan the property manager assured me before we checked in, that it was sanitized after every guest due to the pandemic. Motel 6 is cleaner!!!!
Property is Pretty but very disgusting, if you are looking for something clean and cozy, then I don’t recommend this! If you don’t care about dirt and grime and sleeping and showering in other peoples filth, then it’s for you.
Thank you for such a wonderful place for a family getaway! Our family had a wonderful time exploring the area and enjoying all the amenities provided at your beautiful home. We loved our time here (all the kids were in tears when it was time to leave).
