For the comfort and enjoyment of all guest (including yourself) we ask
that you read through the listing entirely, including the house rules policies
We will presume that you have read through all of this information by
the time you check-in and if you have any doubt we will gladly answer
all your questions.


Is very important that you check all the property when you arrive and in
case you find something damaged or broken let us know immediately
so we can take it out of the inventory or fix it as soon as possible, if
something is broken or damaged and you don`t report it on time it will
be charged in your security deposit. Our concierge receive reports 24/7
by email or text and unless is an emergency all will be taking
care on labor hours Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. Holidays
and Sunday`s office and maintenance service is closed. Please help us to
provide you the service you deserve during your stay, we will be on top
of all your needs as long as you let us know the issues on time.
There will be no refunds for unused services, and in no circumstances
will refund ever exceed the amount paid. Trip cancellation insurance is
strongly recommended and can be obtained through your local travel
agency.

IMPORTANT ELECTRICITY (HYDRO) POLICY
On weekly rentals 7 nights to 27 nights your have 21 kws of electricity included per night.
On monthly rentals Electricity is not included and the cost per kw is 5.60 pesos each.
THE ELECTRICITY EXCEED MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD AT CHECK OUT.

IS ALSO A MUST TO SHOW US YOUR ID AT CHECK IN WE NEED
TO HAVE A PICTURE FOR OUR FILES. ALL YOUR PRIVATE
INFORMATION IS PROTECTED AND WILL NOT BE SHARED.

We are not responsible for external service providers, Water supply,
electric company, gas company, pool cleaners, common áreas
services and Internet and or Cable company may have technical
problems that cause failures, we are not also responsible for noise of construction around the property, in any of those cases no refunds or free nights will
be provided, we will do all in our hands to report the problem and have
it solved if possible in less than 24 hours after get the report from
guest.
PARTY, LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE ARE FORBIDDEN 10 PM IS THE MAX HOUR TO HAVE GUEST AND NOISE
INSIDE THE CONDOS AND IN COMMON AREAS IF THIS RULE IS NOT RESPECTED PENALTIES OF 100
USD OR MORE CAN BE APPLIED. SMOKING IN THE CONDOS IS FORBIDDEN TOO.
EXTRA PEOPLE THAN REGISTERED AT CHECK IN CAN NOT STAY
OVERNIGHT IN THE PROPERTY.

HOUSE MANUAL

The concierge will send you an email a few days prior your arrival to
provide you the check in instructions and map location, please check
your spam to check if the email gets there
In the case that you arrive late night after 9 pm the concierge will
provide you the instructions to get in and leave the keys in a lock box.

ADITIONAL RULES


Please take good care of all the things in the property.
If somethings gets broken or damaged report it immediately with the Concierge
Please avoid sit on the furniture and beds with wet suits or suntan, the cleaning cost can be charged to your deposit. (100 USD).

If you have small kids that can have accidents in beds during night take
provisions to protect the mattresses
.
Please avoid eating or drinking on sofas or beds.

Please avoid using towels as floor mats or to take the oil/suntan of skin.


When use the Air Conditioner close the windows and doors to maintain
a good temperature so the compressor does not overwork, the ideal
temperature to avoid exceed electricity is 24 or 25 degrees per
equipment.


Is not allowed to smoke inside the units


Please avoid to light candles or incidences inside or without supervision


Please avoid hang towels in the balconies most of the complex
penalize for that.


If you wash linens and towels please be aware to avoid wash them
mixing colors and whites.


Ask to the concierge where to put the garbage, do not put garbage outside doors usually there are trash bins in the parking areas or outside the
properties.

BLUEPLAYARENTALS

All vacation rental guests and short- or long-term renters with vehicles must leave a $500 deposit at the front desk to receive their card. They must sign a waiver. Upon checkout or at the end of their contract, their deposit will be returned as long as they return their card in good condition. Failure to do so will result in the deposit being forfeited.
During Your Stay
Please inspect the property upon arrival. If you notice anything damaged or broken, notify us immediately so we may remove it from inventory or repair it as soon as possible. Any unreported damages may be charged against your security deposit.
Our concierge team receives reports Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, by email or message. Non-emergency matters will be handled during regular business hours:
Monday to Friday: Standard business hours
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Our office and maintenance services are closed on Sundays and holidays.
We are committed to providing excellent service and will gladly assist you during your stay when issues are reported promptly.Important Electricity (Hydro) Policy
Weekly bookings of 1 to 26 nights include an allowance of 21 kWh per day.
Electricity is not included for monthly rentals of 28 nights or more. Usage will be charged at $0.39 USD per kWh (approximately 5.60 MXN per kWh).
The concierge will provide a photo and location of the meter so you may monitor your consumption.
Any outstanding electricity balance must be paid at check-out by:
Cash, or
Credit card (5% additional processing fee applies).
Or Airbnb resolution center must be paid at check out through the plattaform
Check-In Requirements
A valid government-issued ID must be presented at check-in. We are required to keep a copy for our records.
Your private information is securely protected and will not be shared.

In such cases, no refunds or complimentary nights will be provided. However, we will make every reasonable effort to report and resolve issues as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours of being notified.

Property Rules
No parties, loud music, or excessive noise after 10:00 PM inside the condo or in common areas.
No smoking inside the condo.
No overnight guests other than those registered at check-in.
Please don`t use the towels to remove make up, we provide a black towel for that matter.
Penalties of $100 USD or more may apply.
Security Deposit is only requested on bookings made out of airbnb if you rent through Airbnb disregard the request of the security deposit


House Manual
The concierge will send you an email a few days prior to arrival with check-in instructions and the property location map. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.
For late arrivals after 8:00 PM, the concierge will provide self check-in instructions and key pickup details from a lockbox.

Please help us maintain the property in excellent condition by observing the following:
Take good care of all items in the property.

Do not sit on furniture or beds with wet swimsuits or sunscreen. Cleaning charges of $100 USD may apply.
If traveling with small children, please take precautions to protect mattresses from accidents.
Do not eat or drink on sofas or beds.
Do not use towels as floor mats or to remove oils/sunscreen from skin.
When using the air conditioning, keep windows and doors closed. Recommended temperature: 24°C to 25°C to reduce excess electricity usage.
Do not smoke inside the unit.
Do not light candles or incense indoors or unattended.
Do not hang towels from balconies, as many complexes impose penalties.
If washing linens or towels, do not mix whites with colored items.
Ask the concierge where to dispose of garbage. Do not leave trash outside the door. Bins are typically located in parking areas or designated outdoor spaces.
