Great little place. Nice neighbors. Had issues with code to get into condo. Long wait to get someone to answer phone call but was resolved rather quickly once they did.
No complaints about the property, everything was great. The downstairs neighbor threatened to call the cops because a 2 year old was dancing around to quiet music for about 10-15 mins. Other than that, lovely stay.
Cute little condo 30s drive or just a 5 min walk into downtown Sisters. Stayed two nights so we could enjoy the town and the quick drive up to Hoodoo. Condo was a great place to relax after our day on the slopes. Hot tub access was key to a nice evening. Will definitely come back!
After we finally were able to get our codes, it was absolutely perfect. Clean. Roomy. In a perfect neighborhood. We will be back!

Great place to stay for a ski weekend. We love the town of Sisters and this condo is only 2-3 blocks walk to the heart of downtown while still being in a residential / non-commercial neighborhood. We'll be back in a few weeks and will stay here again. Our only minor complaint is one that seems to be common for hotels and short term rentals: it is the shower pressure is really weak - I think it's the water conservation plumbing that everyone seems to use these days but it, nonetheless, drives us crazy even though it's commonplace.
Location is wonderful - walkable and quiet. Hot tub was closed while we were there, so can't comment on that part, tho the rec area seemed very nice. No specific towels offered for swimming or hot tub, if needed it would have been nice. Also would have appreciated some guidance on check-out (what to do with linens, dishes in dishwasher, etc) My sister and I would stay there again and give it our recommendation.
Rhonda, thanks for staying with us and we apologize for the inconveniences you incurred but I would like to add that we were able to take care of the issues while you were there. For the internet, there were rolling outages in the area caused by the provider. For the water heater, we had someone at the house within 15 minutes of knowing about the issue and were able to take care of the problem with a professional plumber. Additionally, we provided a partial refund for your stay. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we hope you were able to enjoy your time in Sisters and we would love to host you again. Grand Welcome Bend
The code we were given to the entry door didn’t work and the neighbor said it happens all the time. We brought our bikes but there was nowhere to park them unless you carry them upstairs and onto your balcony. It was right next to the pool which was great! The pool was clean and never crowded! The main shower could use a better shower head and more light. It was dark in there. Overall an amazing place and I’d stay again!

I have never left a less than positive review for a vacation rental. This will be a first, unfortunately. I’ve given management/owners ample opportunity to respond to my recent experience but have had zero response. Bottom line, could be a nice property with an amazing location and a lot of potential. However, it has clearly fallen into poor upkeep and terrible management. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience that added unnecessary stress to our stay. I should have more carefully read between the lines on previous reviews, Grand Welcome management is downright awful. To summarize:Check in info was never sent (as previous guests noted).Had to call day of to try and get info. The master bathroom shower head was barely functioning, especially if the other bathroom shower was running which lowered water pressure even more. (Previous guests had mentioned this but clearly nothing was done)Wet towels were left in the washing machine with the door closed, presumably for a long time. The washer was rancid and unusable. The stench permeated the unit. There was food left open in the pantry (bags of chips, rotten marshmallow, etc.) Black and brown mold in master bathroom.Master bedroom TV didn’t work. These items were reported via phone call/text. 12 hours to respond. Shower fixed night before check out. 2 days later.I also emailed Grand Welcome and had two phone calls promising a response and possible refund. Still haven’t heard a thing. Beyond disappointed.

The condo was very pleasant, comfortable, well equipped and suited our needs. Unfortunately, our experience with the host/property manager, GRAND WELCOME, was the most frustrating I have had in years of renting vacation properties through VRBO. After booking through VRBO, GRAND WELCOME’s verification and e-sign rental agreement procedures were invasive, complicated, unclear and overly legalistic. Subsequent communications from them regarding access and check in procedures were incomplete, failed to include promised links and codes and required several phone calls and emails to clarify. Upon arrival, an outside door to the building, which was supposed to be open, was locked. It took several phone calls, uploaded pictures of the door and over 30 minutes to gain access. Finally, their follow-up email after check out asked us to not write a review unless we could give them a five star rating. Presumptuous and insulting. I will never again rent a property if GRAND WELCOME is the host/property manager. I would encourage VRBO and the property owner to reconsider their relationship with GRAND WELCOME. I also plan to communicate directly with the property owner and VRBO about my experience. I think they will want to know.
