Charming 2 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom Villa With A Private Pool!

The lower level of Casa Brisa Colina is a charming 2 bedroom, 3 full bath villa overlooking 3 beautiful bays - Great Cruz Bay, Chocolate Hole, and Hart Bay. The house is nestled on the top of the hill, so the views from all the bedrooms and deck are breathtaking and go on forever. An extra twin bed is provided for a fifth guest which is great for larger families. It has all the amenities needed for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The bedrooms are on either side of the level, with the common space living room and kitchen between, which provides great separation. Outside there is a coral stone deck, which keeps cool even in the hottest of sunshine, a private swimming pool, grill, hammock, and dining area with wonderful warm breezes keeping you cool. Beach towels, coolers, and beach chairs are provided for a great day at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with a blender, coffee maker, and other essentials and the two spacious bedrooms both have brand new queen mattresses and air-conditioning, although the constant breeze makes it unnecessary usually. It is about a 4 minute drive to the shops, restaurants, and bars in Cruz Bay and 10 minute drive to the North Shore beaches and hiking trails. Come visit, and all your dreams will come true. Park your vehicle in the designated spot on the private driveway and begin to relax in paradise!

This was our first stay at St. John & Casa Brisa Colina. We had a wonderful experience. Celia was extremely helpful with whatever we needed. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Very much appreciated the cooler, beach chairs, and collection of books. We cooked our own meals, used the grill, and enjoyed the pool after full days at the beaches. The view is spectacular from the very large, private, elevated patio. Be aware finding a place to park downtown is challenging. There are designated spots for the grocery store & the National Park trail head with a free park pass. The National Park employee who assisted was very pleasant & helpful. I would definitely like to return and continue exploring this beautiful place on earth.

A perfect break from winter

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our family, so quiet and private at night, but an easy drive to everything we wanted to visit. The kids loved being able to hang out in the pool after spending the day hiking/swimming/snorkeling. Everything inside was spotless and Celia was extremely helpful. Hoping we can visit again one day.

Amazing vacation!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation with our young family. The hosts and property manager were kind and helpful, and the house was exactly as described. Appreciated the beach gear, toys and snorkels along with the gas grill and pool. Perfect vacation and we hope to be back!

Celia is very accomodating, the location makes it easy to go anywhere and the amenities are just what we need. We especially appreciate having the coolers and beach chairs availsble so we don't have to worry about tthat when we arrive.

Great time in St John!

We had a great time in St John! This house was centrally located and close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. We enjoyed lounging in the pool and cooking out in the patio after a long day at the beach. Celia was great and lots of help if we had questions!

Nice location near Cruz Bay restaurants.Beautiful view, nice pool.Property manger was super helped.Met us at ferry since it was dark when arrived and guided us to the unit. A restful week

Loved the pool after a long day at the beach and playing tourist. Delightful. Celia and Brian are wonderful. The kitchen needs some updating, but we have talked to them about it. They were very responsive to our needs and suggestions. A great place.

Great property with excellent property manager. Great communication, as we were met at the ferry and shown right to the property. Everything was exactly as described. The views from the pool deck were amazing and the home provided a great place for our family to relax together after exploring the island. Proximity to town and north side beaches was a plus. Would return to this property without hesitation.

Wonderful experience

The views were amazing. The house was tastefully decorated, well equipped and updated. Everything worked as expected (e.g. TV, Internet, hammock, beach chair). The little umbrella protected the beach towels from intermittent rains on the beach. Celia and Jada were considerate and helpful.

We Are VERY Happy Repeat Guests!

This was our second stay at Casa Brisa Colina. Our son and his fiancée accompanied us on this trip (they became engaged on Peace Hill). We love the property’s proximity to Cruz Bay and the North Shore beaches. Despite being close to everything, the neighborhood is quiet, especially at night. The house is airy and comfortable; Celia, the property manager, is friendly and responsive; there is off street parking for two or more vehicles; and the private pool is a welcome retreat when the beaches get too crowded. We didn’t experience any power outages while visiting STJ (this time) but it’s a comfort knowing we have a back-up generator should we lose power. That and the pool are two of the biggest reasons we selected Casa Brisa Colina again! Our son and his fiancée are already talking about a return trip to STJ with friends and I’ve encouraged them to rent the entire home…I think it would be ideal for a larger group!

Great location for family and views!

Wonderful property which was exactly as posted. Celia met us in town upon arrival to St. John to take us up to the home. Once we figured out the route we were set for the week. Air conditioning in the bedrooms at night was great for the kids. Pool was prefect for an evening dip after the beach all day. Utensils good for light snacks. We will be back!

Beautiful property and view

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was large and comfortable and the outside patio/pool area was great! And the view was fantastic. JUST A NOTE: Although VRBO (not the host) advertises you can walk to Cruz Bay from this property, you cannot. We rented a jeep to get around during the day but did not want to drive the winding roads after dark so had planned to walk to town for dinner and drinks but had to take a pricey cab instead.

Paradise on a hill

Can't say enough about the hospitality of the owner, Brian and the on site manager, Celia. Both were responsive and gave great suggestions. The unit was very spacious, neat, and clean. We had wonderful weather and the pool was handy for cooling off. Faces south so gets plenty of sun. Remember to bring reef safe sun screen to the islands and don't forget the bug spray.... No see ums are no joke.
