Great location - super easy walk to town along the river path, and I’m sure the lift access would be amazing in the winter. The host was easy to work with.The place felt more dated than expected and could use a deep clean. It didn’t quite match the photos/reviews, but it worked for what we needed.

According to VRBO property highlights the condo is rated in the "Top 1% of VRBO properties for cleanliness and listing accuracy" based on over 100 guest reviews. Our housekeepers are conscientious and detail oriented. I inspect the premises before check ins. The condo's photos were purposely taken with a smart phone to avoid the enhancements associated with professional photography. Nevertheless, I shall discuss your comments with our housekeepers. We had such a wonderful stay at Cimarron in Telluride! Jason was a fantastic host, and the condo was everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was incredibly convenient to town, making it easy to get out and enjoy Telluride while still having a cozy place to come home to each day.One of the things we appreciated most was being able to have our two little pups, Tink and Annie, with us. They absolutely loved the condo and settled right in—it truly felt like a home away from home for all of us.Telluride is such a special place, and staying at Cimarron made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Jason, for sharing your lovely condo with us and making us feel so welcome. We made some wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again!

Great place, perfect location. Clean and good layout for a family of four. Excellent price and well stocked. Host was wonderful, communicative and helpful. Things of note: outdoor space is communal (no balcony) and you are on a lower level, so opening window shades means people walking by can look down into the space. Both were fine with us, but more notable in the summer season.

Being on the first floor has its advantages as it stays cool in the summer and doesn't require repeatedly climbing stairs. Slightly tilting the blinds upward provides privacy while still allowing lots of natural light into the living room. Folks walk by condo windows on walkways of upper units also. It is just a general feature of communal, condo living. I am happy it was fine with you and that you had a great stay.

Property was in great condition. The condo was charming and was very well equipped. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything that we did. Grocery store was close too. The property owner provided excellent instructions for check in and even greeted us when we arrived to make sure we didn’t need anything else. I would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jason's property in Telluride. Jason makes sure you have everything you need and the location is perfect for access to the lifts and is only a short walk into town.
