The nicest of hosts!

Mr. and Mrs. Jennings were very accommodating, their home is conveniently located for fishing the headwaters, visiting Sebastian, and it is our intention to return and stay next spring.

Great place to stay in Vero beach

Had me and 3 buddies who were coming down to work, the hosts were very accomodating to us. There are only 3 beds in the house and they offered us a cot for the 4th person to sleep on, and brought extra pillows and blankets. Super nice people, very accommodating to their guests, and made sure that our privacy was important.

It worked

We were bass fishing during our stay. If your just looking for a place to sleep this palce will work. If your looking for a complete house with more than 1 bath, full kitchen, and laundry then I would reconsider. I didn't realize that the house was divided into 2 living spaces, and tou share the house with the owners. Withthat being said the owners were reallynice people. .

We really enjoyed Marty’s “FISH” stories.” He and his roommate were polite and courtesy. The house is NOT SHARED There are two seperate homes complete with living areas, kitchens bedrooms, with one bathroom offering each guest the privacy they require. There was plenty of space to park the truck and boat and we even offered a hose with fresh water to rinse the boat and an electric cord to charge the different devices Marty had. We are very conscious of our guest privacy and offer a low price but high quality place to stay for a short time that has all the amenities of home

Completely misleading add

We booked a house that says it sleeps 6 (no way) add says hot tube fire pit and grille which they do have but but only access to is to walk out front and around house to a shared space of the home they live in but rent out an apartment. We booked a private home for our 25th anniversary and it was not private but it was a small apartment built in there home. Ruined our 1st and last trip anywhere . We are paycheck to paycheck parents of three and never take time for us and the one time we did was completely ruined you should change add oh and no way it’s 8 miles to beach unless you fly a helicopter but it is 9 miles away from river. I spent the first night crying because it was not at all what they said it was and never once told us they lived there until the day of the trip. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Great Stay for Headwaters Fishing

Carl and Diane are nice people and communication flowed well. My buddy’s and I were fishing at Headwater’s Lake and their house is in a convenient location. At check-in, the app said the keypad code would be the last 4 of your phone number but that wouldn’t work. Luckily Carl was there and let us in with a different code. They have converted a traditional single family home into a duplex and a lot of the construction is halfway put together but manageable. There is not a back door so to access the back porch, you have to walk around the side of the house. There’s also not a vent a hood in the kitchen so setting off the smoke alarms doesn’t take much. My biggest reason for my 3 star review is because they came into the house while we weren’t there to turn the AC’s off. They later text me asking us to turn the AC off during the day while we were gone due to high electric bills. It’s central FL and hot, if electric bills are high, charge 5 more a day. Coming home from fishing to a warm house isn’t what I want to do. Overall, it’s a decent crash pad for a few buddy’s to crash while fishing Headwaters.
