The property we booked and started our stay in was very mixed. The apartment itself was pretty much as advertised, it was clean and up to date (the stove was cracked) but overall nice. The issue was the location. It was right on a main street with no windows. It had storm shutter type coverings/doors that did nothing to block out the sound, it was like sleeping on the street. At approx 2am I moved into the living room and closed the door to the bedroom and bathroom, which helped but was not great.I contacted the property manager and they were very responsive and accommodating. They had another unit down the street that was much quieter! The trade off was that the new place only had air-conditioning in the bedroom, not the living room area. It had the same window coverings, but being a block off the main street made a huge difference. We also found the TV didn't work (management did have it replaced the next day). Overall, I would say I would probably not recommend the location, but the company that manages the property is accommodating, quick to respond and very easy to work with.
