Welcome to Little Granny’s cozy home in the heart of the Triad. Convenient to hospitals, restaurants and shopping, you’ll find our corner lot in a tucked away neighborhood.

With light coming from all directions to brighten up every room in the house, you’ll find a sitting area upon front entrance leading to an updated kitchen, dining room as well as another closed off den with sitting areas and desk for the business trip or student guest.

Down the hall you will find three bedrooms with a queen, a full and 2 twin beds. The updated bathroom in the hall is well lit with a large tub. Stacking washer and dryer is accessible as well. Smart TV’s are in each bedroom and sitting room with WiFi available throughout the home.

With this one story ranch house in a quaint neighborhood yet close to the hustle and bustle of Kernersville, we think you will love your stay at Little Granny’s.

Great spot in Kernersville!

This has become our go to spot for trips to Greensboro. Twice this year, and 3 more trips planned, we will stay here everytime. Great house and neighborhood, and the host is great as well. Highly reccomend!

This house is very clean and comfortable and is in a quiet neighborhood. It was obvious the host took care in supplying conveniences like toiletries and coffee! I’m only giving 4 stars because we paid a 1500 deposit, which is more than double the cost of our stay and VRBO says it can take up to 3 weeks to release the money. Assuming we have no issues with that, I would definitely stay again!

This was such a Goldilocks house for us. We were in the area for college tours, and the house was a great landing pad for our family (including teen/tweens) in between. So convenient having a grocery store and bagel place right up the street. And we always love a washer/dryer and coffee. Of note for folks with scent sensitivities, this place was AMAZING. Sometimes older homes trigger our allergies or asthma, but this home did not at all. No weird smells or mustiness at all. Very clean, and without heavy fragrances.

What a Great Place my

On the approach, this house is in a very quiet, clean and safe area.It is in between a lot of points of interest and shops. And real close to downtown K'ville.The house inside and out is immaculate and very well appointed with modern features. One part that was really nice was an area off the side that looks like what was a garage and now enclosed off the dining room with a few comfy seats and a TV. This room is on time opposite side of the house and away from the bedrooms so if people wanted to stay up to watch TV while the others slept, they could close the door and be secluded. The rooms are very quiet and divided by closets, so the soundproofing is nice. We were there just one night but extended stays would be no problem here! Nice deck off the back as well. Great place! The house inside and out is immaculate
