    This property is close to the Grand Falls hospital, downtown amenities, the stadium, sports facilities, Sanger Park and the baseball field and all shopping centers. And if you are an adrenalin junkie there is Extreme Ziplines and the Exploits River for fishing with a license. All are close-by
