Alotta Colada beach house is the perfect spot for a family gathering or multiple family getaway due to its unique feature of being located on a private/gated street with it's own private beach! There is space for all with approximately 8100 sq ft (inclusive of balconies). Sit on one of the many decks overlooking the beautiful crisp teal waters of the gulf, or take a walk on the white sandy beaches which are located just steps away from the main house and private pool. If you want a break from the beach , enjoy the pool and bar area with TV/Satellite or step into the spacious courtyard to play basketball while still overlooking the ocean that is just steps away. ( less than a 15 second walk)
Once you stay in the marvelous beach home, I'm sure you'll check your calendar for a repeat stay the following year!

First Level -

Family Room w/ Queen sleeper sofa, Dining area, Queen bedroom suite with gulf views, and private door to the pool, King bedroom suite with private door to the courtyard, Queen Suite with Double/Double bunk beds and an additional single sleeper too. This bedroom has a full bathroom and private door to the courtyard, Half hall bath that has a door directly to the pool for convenience, kitchenette with microwave and wetbar, laundry room with a commercial ice machine that makes 150lbs/day!

Second Level -

Gourmet Kitchen with Gulf View! Living Room with balcony and Gulf View, Dining Room w/ Gulf View, Half hall bath, Large Laundry Room, Queen bedroom suite full bathroom and balcony with Gulf Views. There is a single sleeper in this room too. A huge deck spans the width of the home and overlooks the gulf.

Third Level -

King Master suite with massive bathroom and private balcony that spans the entire width of the home and overlooks the gulf. Fantastic gulf views from bedroom and bathroom, jacuzzi tub - bonus kids room off of master with a double/double bunk bed plus a trundle bed! King Master suite with spacious full bathroom and private balcony with Gulf Views- another bonus kids room off of master with a double/double bunk. Both bunk rooms are equipped with tv/dvd players in each bunk. Both king rooms also have single rollaway beds if needed.

Guest house -

2nd Floor. Nice balcony with outdoor seating, Full kitchen, dining area and a full living room (with double sleeper sofa and single sleeper too) Bunk room with Double bunk and single sleeper. King bedroom, shared hall bath (full), and laundry.

Activity Den -

Just below the Guest House is an approx 500 sq ft air conditioned area with wet bar, games, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, tv.

Courtyard-

basketball, and a very nice shaded paver patio area.

Pool-

Enjoy the heated pool while enjoying the sights and sounds of the waves. There is also a tiki bar that seats 12 and has a tv and refrigerator located at the pool. New for 2023 all new sun bathing loungers, fresh granite resurfaced pool, 42" TV at the tiki bar for sports, and several music options
