We highly recommend this property! The rooms were extremely clean, the AC was very cool. The neighborhood was clean and friendly. I stayed for work purposes, and walked to my meetings at the university. Each morning I walked to The Fruited Plain Cafe for amazing cinnamon rolls (not that I needed to because the kitchen is fully stocked with everything one would need to cook any meal. The library is directly across the street, and the mall is also within walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to return when we can merely vacation! I would give 10 stars if that were an option!

This was a nice, quietly place to stay. Worked well for what we needed. Clean and had all the essentials. Only downside was that you had to walk thru a bedroom to get to the only bathroom. At night that’s not great when you have people sleeping in that room. You could go outside and enter the bathroom from a back door but again in the middle of the night it’s not convenient. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay.

This place is a wreck. It's an extremely old building, poorly renovated for the purpose of short-term rental. The floors are uneven throughout, the bathroom smells like urine, the washer and dryer didn't work, the ceiling lights were bare light bulbs with no fixtures, the bedspread was stained, the plumbing leaked at the hot water heater, one baseboard heater didn't work at all, others didn't have control knobs, one control was hanging from a bare wire, one of the splitter units didn't work and leaked water down the wall and puddled on the floor next to the bed, door knobs were loose, the furniture was tacky, there were no tables nor places to set anything down. It was agood place for dogs to stay. We left after one night and took a big hit () for the cancelation.
Lint ball in the dryer filter that rendered it inoperable.
Condensation leaking from the splitter unit that bubbled the dry wall and puddled on the floor next to the bed.

Our stay was terrible. Upon arrival at our vrbo we found out that the a/c unit was not working. We immediately contacted the host, Caleb. He knew that the unit was not working and had contacted an HVAC company. Unfortunately the company was busy.We stayed three nights with a heat index of 105 degrees. We would have given a higher rating had the host made other arrangements for us.
